   tutto bene, a parte che sono stato inseguito all'uscita del locale da un cameriere che gentilmente mi ha chiesto se avessi pagato prima di uscire, al che gli ho consegnato lo scontrino regolarmente pagato poco prima. Sensazione non esattamente piacevole, lui è stato comunque gentilissimo nell'approccio. qualcosina da limare nella logistica in cassa.. visto che quando ho pagato il locale era davvero poco affollato (lunedì sera alle 23)

   Food very good, the diner is nice, staff so warm and kind. We had a free appetizer so we tried the shrimps and they were wanderful. I will be happy to go back there again.

   Ambiente top, Jared ci ha servito con il sorriso e la massima professionalità, ottimo l'hamburger e le patate e particolarmente apprezzata l'attenzione per il gluten-free. Ci hanno dato il tavolo migliore davanti al palco nella serata concerto, esperienza bellissima.

   Good location, lovely staff, good live music. Food is good but Irish week festival without Guinness because is finished is not a good presentation. Also the Irish menu diplayed with a pint of Guinness but was served a small glass of beer (may be 125cc) ...I'm little bit disappointed

   Servizio pessimo, il vino è arrivato a fine cena. Il tavolo è stato sparecchiato completamente alla fine della portata principale senza che nessuno ci chiedesse se volevamo altro. Musica troppo alta!

    Been to many HRC’s and this felt sub-par. One of our meals had clearly sat for a while and the staff were not as attentive as we’ve experienced elsewhere. Guy who I think was a supervisor made it clear he wasn’t happy with a waiter who hadn’t lifted all of our plates. Wasn’t necessary and if anything only massages his own ego. The restaurant itself felt too light, and kinda felt like school dinners. Dim down the lights and do away with the white walls to create a bit more ambience. Disappointed overall

    Impossibile restare delusi… Hard Rock è una garanzia in ogni parte del mondo. Forse un po’ caro rispetto alla media ma ne vale sempre la pena 🔝🤩.

    Very helpful staff, good food although we chose mc and cheese and the menu did not explain it was soooo spicy! We definitively recommend Hard Rock Cafe in Milan ad the place to eat for families!

    We have been to many Hard rock cafes: Barcelona, ​​Copenhagen, Stockholm, Prague, but in Milan we got better service than in any restaurant we have been. We got a charge of good mood for the whole day in Milan! it was a great start to the day

    Ogni volta che passiamo per Milano andiamo a pranzo all'Hard Rock Caffè. Ci piace tutto,dal cibo all'atmosfera, dall'arredamento alla comoditá per raggiungerlo,ma soprattutto ci piacere la cordialità e la professionalità dello staff! Alla prossima!

    Great food, very poor service. Waiters were nice, but there was a huge lack of organization. We never saw our waiter again after she took our order, we then found out she was on the second floor. There was a moment in which all waiters disappeared, kitchen was upset as no one was picking up dishes and bartender was taking drinks herself to customers. My coffee was ready and she brought it to me 2/3 minutes later as no one was picking it up. Nothing fantastic about the location, and prices way too high. We've recently been to Amsterdam's Hard Rock and it was definitely better. It's a shame because food is nice and the location has a lot of potential.

    Food, drinks and ambiance is great as always. We were lured by the adverstisement on the website “happy hour and late night bites menu”. Apparantly they only serve it from 5pm-7pm and not 10pm-12mid as it was stated in the website.

    i've gone to infinity hard rock in the world. but this was the worst of it. the burgers were dry like shoes. i wouldn't recommend it at all. Hard Rock Milan, he doesn't represent the rest of Hard Rock in the world.

    tutto buono ma non è possibile che il cameriere con i capelli corti e neri puzzasse cosi tanto di sudore, abbiamo mangiato con la nausea ogni volta che si avvicinava lasciava al tavolo una puzza di sudore di sopportabile.
