    Having been to a few Hard Rock Cafe’s, this isn’t in keeping with the usual expectation and is by far the worse. There is no atmosphere and the service is almost non existent. Food was very average compared to others which are normally great too. I wouldn’t recommend visiting as it isn’t a true reflection of the usual experience from Hard Rock, especially for the cost.

    I've been to numerous Hard Rock Cafés during my travels, and I can confidently say that this has been the worst in terms of service. While Hard Rock Café is known for its attentive, friendly, and fun staff, this one fell short. Even in the off-season with only a couple of occupied tables, the service was slow from taking our order to clearing the plates. The waitress, named Cristal, lacked the engaging attitude seen in other Hard Rock locations. She appeared bored and uninterested, along with other waitstaff standing around with crossed arms or leaning on the bar chatting. I had to get up from the table a couple of times to request additional items. We waited so long for dessert that we eventually left without ordering, leaving the dirty plates on the table.

    It was the second time in HRC Milan. Really outstanding! Tasting food and great service from Mr. Nadil. We had a reservation and HRC staff was perfectly in time to let us seat and eat. Everyone absolutely welcome us and our dogs with a smile and professionalism

    Bellissima serata per la band. C’erano gli Abba Fever, bravissimi! Molto stretto lo spazio dedicato ai tavoli con poco spazio per ballare. Ci saremmo potuti divertire di più se ci fosse stato un po’ di spazio per muoversi. Formula menu’ basic per la Cena (hamburger o insalate). Prezzo medio 30 euro a testa. Si può fare!

    Food good, not "luxury" but ok. Hard Rock Milan respects the expectations, being a brand known everywhere. The restaurant is quite new, opened in 2022, so the ambience is five stars. As value, is set on the average of Milan downtown, 18-20 euro for a main course, so is not cheap, but we are talking about restaurant, not a fast food. Once in a while is ok.

    there is no "hard rock" atmosphere. It seems like a very cold place and it's too brightly lit. The Drums of "negroamaro band" make me laught. Nobady knows that band!!! Come on

    Food was ok but expensive for what it is. Paid €18 for the shrimp starter which was only a small bowl with a few fried shrimp pieces… it was mostly just plain salad. Overall quite average quality.

    There was queen cover band, even though all guests seemed to be really enjoying them… (probably all family from the bad) we never ever experienced such a bad and off singer..really hard to order beers and the staff looked like not really ready for hardrock café ambiance and it appeared as bar was understaffed and kitchen was slow as 5 or 6 employees were none stop waiting for the food to be brought out, other than that loving the hardrock café concept, but we ran away earlier to the band

    Normally we love having dinner at Hard Rock Café. But this time in Milan our experience wasn’t great. Drinks came fast but they forgot to bring one of our drinks, we thought our server come back for it but she didn’t. Also the bread of our burgers & sandwiches was really (no but really) dry! The fries were cold and flavourless. They also didn’t ask if we would like a second drink or dessert at all.

    Caesar Salad, some of the lettuce was slightly black around part of the edge of leaves not a good look and leaves not eaten.

    We go to a hard rock every city we go to, this was the worst food wise. Burger bun was stale and was just dry. However service was brilliant as always
