   We really enjoyed eating there. We had some music wishes and the waitress accepted them. Thank you very much for that. We had a great evening. Somwtimes the music could have been a bit harder for a „Hard Rock Café“. But overall the athmosphere was very pleasant.

   The food served at other HR Cafes around the world might be considered better (Vienna was worse!). I expect more for the price. But it has a different atmosphere with respect to other standard Italian restaurants. We were fortunate to have live music during our visit. I've visited several times and I do expect to return again.

   Have been to about 20 hard rock cafes and this is by far the worst I've been to. The service was terrible, drinks slow, food even slower. Forgot one of the drinks on the order. Won't be back to this particular one.

    My first visit to this HRC I arrived early and were still serving breakfast, so ent back just before 11.30 am , and orders the chicken tenders , the cheese cake and two hurricanes ( cocktails) The food was cooked perfectly and tasting great , as were my two cocktails!! Found the staff to be friendly and helpful, as I left about 12.30 the cafe was becoming very busy My only complaint was the cafe has no wi/fi

    Sono stata lì in occasione di una gara di band, la musica piacevole e il palco ben visibile, ma i prezzi sono eccessivi, nonostante le quantità abbondanti. Poi mia figlia celiaca trova sempre sul menu l'indicazione di alimenti senza glutine che poi non lo sono effettivamente e che quindi non può prendere, i camerieri, gentilissimi a dire il vero, le consigliano sempre la versione gluten free dell'hamburger, che lei non ama. Lo prende lo stesso perché non ha alternative, ma le ultime due volte che siamo stati lì al ritorno è stata poco bene, non ha digerito e aveva dolori di stomaco

    I missed an Hard Rock in my hometown, now that it is I can enjoy signature recipes every time I want! Services is always outstanding, even when some issue occour. A special thanks to Andrea for his kind gesture.

    Location bellissima, al secondo piano c’è meno rumore rispetto al primo ed infatti ringrazio che avevamo il tavolo al piano superiore. Servizio perfetto e Pietro, il nostro responsabile di tavolo, è stato magnifico. Ci torneremo sicuramente!!

    I camerieri mi hanno dato il resto sbagliato per difetto, sia al bar che al ristorante. Chieste le patate senza bacon (vegetariana) e arrivate piene di bacon. Non avevano le scatole per il take away ma solo buste che si sono bagnate tutte e hanno macchina irrimediabilmente il mio zaino. Camerieri che discutevano davanti a me, con parolacce incluse.     Nice restaurant and in line with the overall hard rock cafe offer. The noisy was ok for this kind of restaurant, but service and food quality can be improved as it is not exactly in line for the Italian standard

    Music sometimes a bit too much loud and chatting is a bit difficult. Besides, if waiter/waitress do not fully understand particular requests in italian is not a problem at all but it would be better that they would ask for speaking in English. That would be easier and faster for everyone. But service was overall good and nice.
