   Das Restaurant machte auf uns einen eher schmuddeligen Eindruck. Die Toiletten waren eine Katastrophe. Schmutzig, der Boden klebrig, kein Toilettenpapier. Die Bedienung war unaufmerksam, mn musste immer mehrmals rufen. Das Essen kam gestaffelt, obschon es nicht viele Leute hatte. Im Fanshop hatte es eine unfähige MA, die darum sehr langsam war, wir standen schlussendl. etwa 20min. an der Kasse. Es ist auf jeden Fall nicht mein Favoriten HRC. Der Spirit vom HRC war überhaupt nicht zu spüren!

   Toujours très bien reçus dans ce hard rock café. Fabiano est un très bon manager et son équipe est au top.

   We ordered the nachos for a starter, chicken, and rib eye. After waiting 20 minutes we asked where our starter was and were told they made a mistake and would bring all food at once. We said no because the main course would get cold while eating the starter. There wasn’t room on the small table anyway. After another wait the starter was brought out. The chicken was dry, the steak was fatty and rare instead of medium as ordered. The onion rings were cold and had to be sent back. The waitress was apologetic and said they would comp us for the onion rings. Water was never refilled and after finishing our meal we waited 10 minutes for our check and finally had to ask for it. We have eaten at Hard Rock Cafe’s all over the world. This was the worst experience we have ever had. We won’t eat here again and won’t recommend it to our friends.

   Die Speisen waren sehr gut. Es gibt hier Pepsi statt Coke. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und sehr aufmerksam. Alle Wünsche wurden sofort erledigt. Das man zur Restaurantkasse gehen musste um zu bezahlen war eine Besonderheit dieses Restaurants, so hab ich das noch in keinem anderen HardRockCafe gesehen.

   Have been to many, many hard rock cafes which have not needed a review as they are all great but this was by far the worst. Ignored, little to no service. atmosphere was terrible saw 5 tables arrive after and leave before us and all we had was a meal and 3 cocktails each over 2 hours when we wanted to make the most of happy hour.

    Abbiamo preso i miniburger sia con il pollo fritto che con la carne macinata, ma da non riprendere perché troppo alta la carne in entrambi i casi e il bacon invece che essere sottile era spesso e alto. La cheesecake la volevamo prendere, ma non è stato possibile perché era per forza da prendere con la copertura ai lamponi. Prezzi alti e cibo che rinviene.
