   In general was nice and most of the staff was very caring. Food was good. The only issue was when we arrived - while booking online I chose outside and I wrote in comments - next to the sea. As comment might not be respected due to the previous bookings (I booked 1 day in advance), they offered us indoor sitting claiming that they called me 3x earlier. I had one missed call, which I returned after 3 minutes and wasn’t answered. No reason to lie about calling 3x. However the very kind gentleman from staff stepped in and sorted out our sitting outside - not next to the sea but still better than inside and took care of us very well. Maybe the lady needs more training.

   Took long to take an order, food came out without cutlery. For a simple mayo we asked for it 4x and the portion of fajitas are rather for the price.

   Had to send both meals back as food was cold. Replacement meals were hot

   Unfortunatly , its our first bitter experience at hard rock after many years attending this place. the staff had an issue with the kitchen and couldnt provide food from the menu... drinks were served an hour late and theres seemed to be confusion with the food they were able to serve at the time. We were then served part of the menu just a plain burger with bbq sauce for almost the same price of the normal menu.. which was definately not worth the money. especially two plain burgers (no fries) and just a lettuce leaf and a slice of tomatoe ...a coke and a tea for 35 euros including their said discount for the mishap.

   the patty burgers weren't much. it didn't feel like the hard rock cafe. the cokes were plain, no bubbles. the fries were cold. one of the patty burgers was utterly disgusting.

   Mohammed was attentive but not overly pushy. We had a lovely meal and enjoyed our evening. Not the easiest of venues to get to but still worth the effort.

    Booked inside table, when arrived was seated outdoors as there was a private function. Servers very poorly spoken. Waited ages for drinks. Not great service at and not what I expect. From hard rock
