I've visited this particular hard rock cafe more than once, unfortunately my latest visit was a slight disappointment. Firstly we were sat on a high table next to the bar on the ground floor which meant that we had a constant stream of people walking past us to get to the upstairs dining area (I also dislike dining on bar stools). The service also seemed far more rushed than usual, we were in and out in less than 40minutes.

Excellent experience at Hard Rock in Lisbon- food, service, staff were all great, made all the more special by our waiter getting the whole place to sing happy birthday to my husband. The staff were also very knowledgeable about the items in there and the history of HRC. The staff in the shop were also extremely helpful. A wonderful experience all round.
