   Lovely food. Had a starter the combo. But we only just finished it when they fetch our main out. We would have preferred our Main about 5-10 minutes after we finished our starter, as we was still chewing our starter

   Birthday date, very good service, the girl servicing us (who’s name I have forgotten my apologies) actually had a cast on her arm and we were saying the whole time how incredible she was doing and how polite she was and how hard she was working. Incredible food, huge portions, can’t complain. Wish we had room for dessert. Topped off our time in Poland.

   I have visited many hard rock cafes around the world. However, in find the shop at the entrance of the cafe is not such a good setup. When it's crowded, it's hard to get through. The atmosphere you expect is unfortunately absent. Somewhat awkward staff; It would be advisable to let the staff go to a HRC like in London bvb....

   Had a amazing meal staff so friendly and on hand to cater all needs and such good value for money so cheap compared to other one’s I’ve been to in London and Paris would highly recommend if you come to Kraków.

   We booked fairly last minute for the last day of our trip as we wanted a nice meal and to try out Hard Rock. We had an amazing view from our table of the Market Square and St Mary’s Church, which really made the experience more exceptional. The food was nice and service was great, from a friendly and attentive waitress. This restaurant and shop is a smaller Hard Rock compared to others we have visited but still has plenty of great memorabilia to look at, and some nice merchandise in the Rock Shop. Overall a great experience and would recommend visiting on a trip to Krakow.

    Trip to Krakow, couldn’t go home without stopping off at the Hard Rock Cafe and I’m glad I didn’t. The food, staff, environment was amazing. Couldn’t fault it one bit. Definitely recommend it to anyone who comes to krakow!

    Very disappointed overall, service was slow, starters were good, my main course was a rib eye steak, it was so tough that it was inedible , when asked how my food was, the waitress said oh no when I told her about my steak and walked away

    I would say: french fries very good and service also fine, polite and fast. Main dish Filet Mignone - honestly, I had much better, so will not order again& Legendary Burger also not what I've expected, taste was rather plain. Big plus for the music and view on Main market - this is worth of spent money :-) Generally, I had a higher expectations, but it was a good time!

    The restaurant was very clean and you were seated promptly. However the restaurant was quite chilly causing people to dine in their coats. The food was quite good overall apart from the legendary burger was dry and the bun hard when it arrived. The staff were very friendly and helpful though but would probably not go back again.

    Seating was okay. Food was nice, however asked for medium rare steak and only 1/2 pieces were actually medium rare, the rest was essentially either medium or medium well done. Pricing was fair and atmosphere was standard for a Hard Rock Cafe. Service wasn't terrible but was quite unattentive, had to wait a fair while for even our drinks order to be taken.

    Lovely restaurant, helpful staff. Only negative I have is that my barbecue rips contained a little bit of fat and gristle which was disappointing.

    Really enjoyable meal, refill soft drinks are always a fun bonus and we bought a t-shirt each in the shop after. And we came back a few days later for another lunch where I had the best burger I've had in a long time!

    Bardzo smaczne koktajle. Duży talerz przystawek spokojnie wystarczy dla 3 osób, chociaż przewidziany jest dla 2. Bardzo fajna atmosfera i myślę że byłoby jeszcze fajniej gdyby nie to że jest to mocno "turystyczna" miejscówka, przez co jest dość głośno. Fajnje jak gra zespół na żywo, ale mimo że siedziałam w przeciwnym końcu sali, to nie słyszałam moich rozmówców przy stoliku. Przyszłam do restauracji spotkać się z przyjaciółmi i pogadać, a nie na koncert. Ale jeśli chodzi o dobór muzyki to super!

    We have visited several HR cafes and this one was the worst. It was to modern and because of the big windows the sunshine was not fine in the eyes.

    The staff were very rude and acted as if we were inconveniencing them by simply being there. We ordered burgers medium-well to well-done (can’t deal w/blood) our burgers came medium rare at best. The bun was soggy so they hadn’t been rested properly either. It put us off our food, when we said that to the waiter they just repeatedly insisted we get a new burger - but we felt sick at this point and just weren’t hungry anymore , yet the server continued to push another burger onto us. In the end we managed to just pay the bill and leave. Thankfully the manager removed the burgers from our bill but it was just a very awkward experience from a chain restaurant we’ve never had issues with before.
