Set in a historic, 500-year-old house on two floors with 650m2, the cafe offers space for 250 guests, a modern bar for awesome nightlife, the Rock Shop with exclusive merchandise and a stage that is regularly played. In summer, the patio invites you to eat with a view of the Nordkette and the golden Dacherl.

The walls in the house show many original memorabilia by famous musicians from the rock and pop world, such as dresses from Beyonce, Madonna and Lady Gaga, Michael Jackson and Johnny Cash shoes, instruments from Rolling Stones, Prodigy and many others. Thus, the Hard Rock Cafe is also the largest museum of contemporary music in Austria.

    My table was booked for 19:45. The service and food were fine, but why on earth close the shop at 20:00. Not only did you lose my sale, dozens of people still in the restaurant may have wanted to purchase something too. The fact that I couldn’t purchase a T-Shirt (Christmas present) spoilt an otherwise pleasant evening.

    Very friendly and quick service, very good burger. Cocktail so-so, pricey for that (Long Island Ice Tea for 12.50). Nice ambiance, not too load music (talking possible).

    The vegan food (duble chrispy burger was great) but the chicken ceasar salad was just ok because the chicken breast could have been more hot my mum said so. I am so happy that Patrick is now manager on duty - how amazing he is just great. I still know hos first day as a commi. All in all was it, as usual, a great experience. I am looking forward for my next visit there :)

    Andreea was a great waitress. It was our first time at Hard Rock Cafe and her service was so amazing that we felt like we had been there a million times before. She was bubbly, energetic and helped us decide the toughest of choices when discussing the best meals and cocktails. Her upbeat personality created a happy environment, we didnt want to leave. We will very gladly eat at Hard Rock Cafe Innsbruck in the future.

    Amazing location where hard rock meets "heavy metal" in shape of real knights armor. Friendly and fast staff serves perfect drinks and food !!!!

    Food was oke but not like we're jused to in a HR. Service starten quick but ended bad. We spend 4 houres there for main and 2 drinks. When we asked for the bill they all said "ask my collegue". Shop was closed at 8 pm instead of 11 pm. When we went to pick up our souvenir glasses they said "come back tomorrow" or "i'll ask a collegue" luckely the sweetest person in the building past by and opened the shop to get our stuff andapologized for here collegues and service. (We left Inns that evening and the glasses were paid for in the restaurant.)

    We have been to many Hard Rock café’s all over the World. This was the worst expience of all. No friendly waiter, very poor service at the table. We are used to very friendly and helpful waiters at Hard Rock café.

    Leider gibt es den goldenen Burger nicht mehr, dafür wären wir extra aus dem Zillertal gekommen. Der homenade Eistee war lecker aber viel zu wässrig und wenig Geschmack, etwas zu viel Wasser drin Service war sehr aufmerksam und hat auch immer gefragt ob alles schmeckt Essen war fantastisch Aber viel zu viel :D

    Ich habe extra Geburtstag ausgewählt und den Wunsch geäußert das gesungen wird leider wurde nichts von den 2 Punkten gemacht. Neben uns war ein Tisxh mit Happy Birthday gedeckt denke wir wurden auf den falschen Tisch gesetzt. Ich habe mein Ripeye steak medium rare bestellt, bekommen habe i ein Ripeye steak rare. War schon öfters in London in Hardrock da war immer alles top aber Innsbruck eine reine enttäuschung.

    Wir waren schon in sehr viele HRC dieses war das absolut schlechteste. Vom Service, der Freundlichkeit und der Qualität vom Essen. Das war die Reise nach Innsbruck nicht wert

    Es ist ein Hard Rock Cafe - da kann man meiner Meinung nach schon mal nicht viel falsch machen.. ABER hier macht man ALLES RICHTIG - Wer Burger mag der wird dieses Hard Rock Cafe lieben; ich konnte bisher kein Vergleichbares Burgerlokal ausfindig machen (weder von der HRC-Kette noch sonst wo).. Garstufe des Patties, geschmolzener Käse ohne dabei „auszulaufen“, frischer Salat und Zwiebeln - stabil im soften Bun serviert ohne zu zerfallen!! Hier beherrscht die Küche meiner Ansicht nach das Burgerbraten auf dem Level von Spongebob aus der Krossen Krabbe :D TOP!!!

    From all the HardRock Cafe's, this was the worst sofar. The Food was as usual excellent, but the overall ambiance and staff (most looked completely not interested, with luckily SOME exemptions) weren't what we're used to from other Cafe's. It's one HardRock Cafe checked off from the list, but it's unlikely we'll visit this one again.
