We ordered a few dishes, with minor additions and substractions, which the server didn't write down, that was followed by a cacophony of errors, ending up in an overcooked burger and cold nachos. This is not what we have become accustomed to at the Hard Rock establishment globally.

Ein toller Anlaufpunkt für Musikfans und Freunde von amerikanischem Essen. Das Essen ist hier gut, aber auch teuer. Burger gibt es tatsächlich woanders besser. Zu empfehlen sind aber die "One Night in Bangkok Spicy Shrimps". Service sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, aber auch etwas im Stress. Musikalische Requisiten hängen im ganzen Restaurant.

We travel all over the world and count on the Hard Rock for a good burger about half way through our trips. We were so pleasantly surprised at just how much better the food and service was at the Hamburg Hard Rock! Probably the best service and drinks we had in the 2 weeks in Germany. The burgers were really good as well. Great location as well, right on the river.

We sat at the bar for drinks to start with, but despite it being relatively quiet, it was difficult to get served. The serving staff chatted amongst themselves, ignoring people waiting for a drink. Once sat at a table the service was fine.
