Food was not prepared correctly - worst we have ever experienced. Nachos were awful and how do you mess up nachos? Zero melted cheese just cold cheese and lots of onions- the cheese was in the original shredded form so it was never even melted.

Kids wanted burgers and had never been to a Hard Rock Cafe. Food was ok, with the exception of some slimy mushrooms on a special burger. Fries were crisp. Drinks were good sized, but no refills on iced tea and we never got to order a second one. Service was friendly, especially when we were cheerfully welcomed on arrival, but our server's visits to our table were inconsistent and not frequent enough after the food arrived. We ate on the early side (19:30), so the place wasn't super busy.

Absolute 5* service by Fabio and also the duty manager, definite assets to the brand. Decor and ambiance were good especially considering that we were there for an early lunch. Allergy awareness was well above average in Italy. We will return.

We have visited many Hard Rock in various cities and unfortunately this one was a disappointment. The food was cold and the bread for the Bruschetta was inedible. Nobody checked to see if everything was ok. On the plus side the milk shakes were delicious

Very cool place, what you would expect from a "Hard Rock" Café. Best food I had in a while, really good service, just a bit too pricey.The music is very loud, it's not disturbing though, it add to the ambiance and makes it more exciting/fun. From the experiences i had, all the waiters are very nice and in a cool inspiring mood. Overall perfect, just a bit too expensive.

Nice place. The waitress was a bit quiet, she doesn't offer us more drinks, or something for dessert. The food wasn't something awesome... we ask for the Duo combo of fajitas, and the amount of food was probably for only one persone. Good ambience, and music not so loud to shout. But, no reserve no enjoy. Even without having the place full

Worse experience than last time I came several years ago. The quality of food is much lower that before, the noise of the music made it almost impossible to speak with the other people staying at the table. Overpriced for what we have eaten. Won't visit again

Giuseppe Scarpato alla chitarra e voce e il suo Hillside Power Trio!!! Marco Polidori al basso e Gennaro Scarpato alla batteria, all’armonica ed altri stupefacenti strumenti a fiato e percussioni. Rock e virtuosismi, tre mostri! Serata stupenda, nobilissime cover da scuotere nervi e cuore. A servirci Fabio, gentilissimo e confidente, atmosfera familiare e piacevolissima. Bravissimi barman! I margarita erano equilibrati e bellissimi. Il concerto stupendo ma l'impianto ha una leggera ronza elettrica di fondo che va pulita. Siete poco vegan friendly... nel 2022! non siate antichi :-/ Torneremo presto :-)

We had lunch here on Wednesday September 28. Harvey was our server. We were treated like celebrities. It was our anniversary and we were treated to champagne free of charge. We had the Messi burgers which were only delicious, followed by yummy cheesecake, I had mojito and my husband had Jameson. Nothing was any trouble for us. Will definitely go back here again

We were made to feel welcome and enjoyed excellent food and service. Our waiter took time to talk to us about our ‘rock’ experiences and seemed genuinely interested in his customers. It says Samuele on our bill. A credit to the team.
