    Started off great then didn’t see a server again after our mains were delivered, no dessert menu offered or extra drinks. We had to go to the bar and find someone to ask for the bill. Toilet pass not given to us either. Restaurant was dead with no atmosphere even though there was a dj.

    After visiting many Hard Rock Cafe’s around the world this was the most disappointing one. Although situated in the old town it lacks and view or ambience of the historic area, it also has inadequate and slightly lazy staff, who bring you the wrong meal, make no effort to rectify their mistakes and speaks there time chatting with one another instead of serving meaning you will have to get up and approach them yourself to get anything. Would not recommend to others.

    Wow! Best looking HRC I've visited. Customer service was great and atmosphere was good. Waited until late evening to visit to miss the cruise ship crowds. Food was typical fare, but filling.

The terrace inside is probably the BEST spot in Dubrovnik, where you can chill away from the heavy traffic in the city, all in a unique 14th century Monastery :) The public toilets are free for our guests as you may have noticed and they also went through a huge refurbishment when we've opened this venue back on the 11th of April.     Very good hamburger with hot french fries. Even got a refill of our drinks free of charge. Friendly staff and a manager who makes time to talk to all of the visitors. Nicely done and rock on. 🤘

    This is really a mixed review, when we arrived the staff were exceptionally, a 5 star group, then shift change and it was if we did not exist. The second half of our experience at this restaurant was terrible, what staff there was were more interested in either themselves or a very select table or two near their serving station. Food was good, enjoyable and reasonably priced in comparison with other restaurants nearby. If our experience was based on the first hour we were there this review would have been glowing as it was we will not be going back. Such a shame.

    Querido cliente, Gracias por dejarnos su feedback. Entendemos que podemos tener un valor elevado (como el resto de Dubrovnik) pero al menos es palpable la calidad en lo que hacemos. Lo sentimos por el servicio (estamos trabajando en ello) y concerniente a la climatizacion, lamentablemente estando en un Monasterio del siglo XIV, no hay mucho que podamos hacer.     We've been to several Hard Rock locations now, but this was the best so far. Lots of staff. Recently opened. Food is standard fair. But service was excellent. Staff all very attentive and helped with allergen questions brilliantly.

    There was a. Excellent live band in the open air courtyard where we were seated. We have been to Hard Rock Cafes around the world and the food at this o e was just ok. Same exact menu as the others, lacked quality preparation. Service was fine. Nice staff; amazing ambiance and location.

    It was a very special experience at Café Dubrovnik. First of all, the service was very nice and accommodating. Since our daughter had her 17th birthday that day, we surprised her with a visit. We do take pride in being probably one of the few restaurants in town that takes allergies and celiac dietary requirements seriously, having an strict SOP in place where the manager intervenes and plays a key role.     It was busy as expected and not enough wait staff so slow service. Food was ok as you’d expect. Expensive as you’d expect.
