Not like any other hard rock. Run down, no elevator. Lots of staff doing nothing.

Brandon was a great server/host. he made sure that our food was correct. The food was really good and fulfilling because our resort food was not. Fried hard buffalo wings fries and drinks were had.

We had a great time. Good service here & when we came there was a live band playing which made the experience even better. I do recommend it.

Servicio lento. Entrante servido muy tarde. Pedimos las hamburguesas muy poco hechas y vinieron muy hechas. El HRC ya no es lo que era, salvo en el precio.

La comida es excelente el lugar me gusta mucho solo que está muy chico y tiene muy poca memoriabilia es una pena. El servicio magnífico muy atentos, la comida excelente a mi me encantan las alitas.

Muy buena atención del mesero Ricardo y excelente la atención del Gerente Jorge Montaño, por supuesto recomendable acudir al sitio, y sobre todo estar al pendiente de los eventos, que la verdad se la pasa uno muy bien, como en el Tributo a Queen al que acudí.

There are 2 Hard Rocks - this is the restaurant. Small and disappointing venue. Soulless. But our server Mario was very nice and attentive. Not memorable
