We saw the waiter tasting our drinks with a straw before giving it to us! In addition we were asked if we were allergic to anything. My friend is allergic to fish and shellfish. The same waiter explains that she can t order fries because scampis are prepared in the same frying oil as the fries. So she ate mashed potatoes with a burger which is weird.

Visited this beautiful city & had to go in the Hard Rock Cafe while we were there, so glad we did! Great service, they were all very welcoming & friendly. Food was superb! Great portions! Prices were not extreme either & I got to keep my cocktail glass as a souvenir! Highly recommend this place & will be going back.

For the first time, very bad service. Took super long to take first order. Waitress never came asking how things were. Finished plates were retrieved 25 min after finish eating and no question for dessert or anything. Though we made reservation, we were put on table in last floor.

We visited already a lot of cafés all over the world. Brussels is for us the one in the backyard. Normally we can't complain. But this time it was really poor. We had to wait long for drinks at the bar. We ordered some nachos and than our main course. But our nachos weren't done yet and the plates with the food were already there.

We made a reservation upfront for my son's birthday (party of 6), and we were seated on the 3rd floor - where there is NO Hard rock cafe experience, apart from the loud music and 2 tv screens. We had made the reservation well upfront but they seem to put bigger parties all on the 3rd floor - of which nothing is mentioned (no pictures either) on their website. We were very disappointed. It was like we were in any other restaurant with too loud music. My son could not see the guitars, etc. Not ok that they put larger tables there without mentioning this on their site. When asking they blamed in on the busy weekend, but when making the reservation days upfront we could still choose, size of party, hour.. so it was a lame excuse. We will not go back.

We were pretty disappointed by our meal: the ribs and the fries were not hot, the fries were not good, and we had to ask for the coleslaw and beans to be brought to us as they were not served with the meal (unlike the photo on the menu).
