    Quite standard-good experience at a Hard Rock Café. Pity that the "Messi Burger" was out of stock!?!? and we've been eating at 7pm. Also the mac&cheese for the kids was a bit spicy so not really appreciated. Good service!

    Had to wait long, but they warned us, that it would take long, kitchen could not follow. No beans, no cole sla, no sauce on the pulled pork, but they came with it later when we asked for it. not the vibe and atmosphere as we are used to.

    Congrats to the team for fixing the kitchen problem in time. At our arrival at 12 the girl at the reception told us about a technical issue in the kitchen. The waiter brought us immediatly to drink for our dog. Thanks a lot.

    Had a really nice time here. The nacho's were amazing! Also the cocktails tasted good. Also the place was really nice with great music. Would really recommend this place and i'll go back if im ever back in Antwerp.

    Zeer teleurgesteld. Prijs kwaliteit niet in verhouding. Bruchetta broodjes waren verbrand. Hoofdschotels waren ook niet bijzonder. Wat een verschil met een jaar geleden. Erg duur geworden ook. 5 EUR voor een cola zonder refill. Van de pot gerukt. Wij komen niet terug.

    Hard Rock Cafe boasts the service quality expected of a top-notch international restaurant. The warm welcome and the exceptional friendliness of the waitstaff create a delightful dining experience. However, one drawback is the absence of a dedicated menu for vegan individuals. While they will make every effort to assist you, a fully-fledged Hard Rock Cafe Hamburger with fries may not be available in vegan form. This is unfortunate because there are numerous substitutes available for cheese, bacon, and other non-vegan ingredients.

    De messi hamburger was niet de hamburger die op de foto stond. Het was een kleine hamburger in twee gesneden. Dus geen twee hamburgers in.. Geen sla. Het was een teleurstelling. Ook konden we alleen maar cheescake bestellen. Geen andere desserts de milkshake was gewoon chocomelk. We kwamen er super graag. Maar nu. Laatste keer.. Beetje schandalig eigenlijk. Zeker met een peutertje dat geen ijsje kon bestellen

    Service was pushy on the one hand And didn’t pay enough attention on the other. Food was dry, as it was already made when we ordered the nachos as starter. We are missing the HRC experience and service lately when we visit the Antwerp one

    in het algemeen was het goed en een vlotte bediening. niet te lang moeten wachten op ons eten. het enige minpuntje is dat er maar 2 vegetarische hoofdgerechten zijn die met dezelfde vleesvervanger worden bereid en er geen salade is zonder vlees of vis. een aantal jaar geleden hadden jullie een burger die als hoofdbestand deel bloemkool had en die was lekker. maar dit vervang vlees heeft geen smaak + dat erbij de vegetarische schotel geen fritten of tortilla's waren en dit wel op de menukaart staat. Wij gaan nog terug komen en hopen dan dat ervoor de veggietarier en iets groter keuze is anders zal het bij drinken alleen blijven.

    Been here multiple times always tasty and friendly one lf the burgers was a bit to rare (a prefrence) and they took it from the bill and swapped it with an appetiser very friendly staff and manager 10/10

    We had a bit of a hiccup with our order however it was resolved perfectly. The food was great, much better than a recent trip to the Munich restaurant. Service was great too, very attentive but not too much, never felt rushed. Side note, there was a live band which was cool, not my tempo but good to see. Bit loud for a small venue and the singer was drowned out by the instruments.
