Men gaat naar Hard rock café voor de ambiance en lekker eten, hier was niets van. Er liepen wel veel bediening rond maar die zagen niets zelf de manager niet. Onze bestelling van eten waren ze vergeten en was niet lekker 🤢 Wij gaan naar HRC over heel de wereld dit was rampzalig!!!

De sfeer in het restaurant was erg goed en leuk. De manager kwam zichzelf voorstellen en bood hulp aan als we dat nodig hadden. Ook onze vaste serveerster stelde zichzelf voor en ook zij was erg behulpzaam. De cocktails waren fantastisch en het eten was heerlijk. Muziek stond een tikkeltje te hard waardoor je elkaar moeilijk verstaat. Bovenal was het een fantastische ervaring!

As usual, we had a great time. Because I'm on a keto diet I couldn't have the sliders and the onion rings, which I always have, but instead I went - along with my wife and daughter - for the Famous Fajitas Duo which were simply fantastic: great presentation, super tasty and great portions for each of us. The rest of the table had a Legendary Burger and the Boneless Bodacious tenders which were also great. A couple of people tried the Twisted Mac and Cheese sides but it was not to their liking. And, as always, it was great to hang out with Hugo, the Manager.

Gereserveerd voor 2 verjaardagen, na een moeilijke periode waarin er dus nood is aan ontspanning. Hoofdgerecht: New York Steak. Op de kaart / online staat: met frietjes en slaatje. Ontvangen: puree en broccoli. Ok, kan gebeuren. We bestellen frietjes bij, zodat we dat toch hadden bij onze steak ipv puree. Meer dan 15 minuten moeten wachten op de frietjes, inmiddels was de steak koud en was de zin over. Steak was onvoldoende gebakken. Een steakmes werd niet voorzien en het personeel is ook niet attent op het feit dat je steak eet met een steakmes dat goed snijd, en niet met een normaal en bot mes. Na het hoofdgerecht (20u30) wouden we graag cheesecake bestellen. Alle desserts waren uitverkocht, met uitzondering van het ijs. Daar ging het dessert. Dus vroegen we maar de rekening. Ik kreeg de rekening gepresenteerd, betaalde deze en nam nietsvermoedend aanstalte om te vertrekken. Net voordat we bij de uitgang waren roept de serveerster naar mij dat ik moet terugkeren. Blijkbaar hadden ze mij de verkeerde rekening laten betalen, en moest ik nog bijbetalen. Het dubbele van wat ik eerder betaald had... Groot verschil en grote vergissing. Bij het naar huis rijden kregen we beide buikkrampen... Wat thuis volgde hoeft geen verdere uitleg waarschijnlijk. Wat een teleurstelling...

Played it safe so made a reservation. Arrived 10mins early, was no problem. Ordered cocktails to start with, which took very long but were good. Ordered food which was all good. Waiter not paying any attention to us and could not laugh at all. Waited till another waiter was passing to order another drink. New waiter was very friendly & attentive. Would recommend but not comparable to any other HR we visited as it's very small & missing some good vibes.

The food and the service were great. The servers really did their best to givs us what we wanted. The music however was not what I expected from a Hard Rock cafe, it mostly house and pop. That was dissapointing.

Hey guys. We allways have fun and a good time. When we come to Hard Rock Cafe Antwerp. A specially when we se familier faces there. Like our friend Yuselmi ( juice ) she is allways so sweet and kind to us. But a specially to my son his a big fan of her. So give her a extra pad on the back from us. And nice to hear she is learning Nederlands. And doing a good job at it ! There was some mixup with my burger and fries. I got 2 slider patties ( small ) stacked on top of each other in a big burger bun ( Diablo burger ) and that looked a bit weird and made me think I got the wrong order. And made a other worker think I was not happy and wanted a bigger burger but only a wanted was to know if this was mine and why it was like that. But after Yuselmi came to the rescue. it was all good ! Maybe a note don’t stacked the two smal burgers but place them side by side in the big bun then it wil not look like a wrong order. But like every time we wil be back and we wil see u in a few weeks. Kind regards The Family Claes.

Wel the first time a eat in Hard Rock Cafe with mine bbf it was Amezing.the food was good and not expensive.very nice staff nice cocktail.The happy hour was ok but you can choose onley cocktail from to happy hour card.next time I will defenly go back.Luigina cristian.

We can close our entire first floor for your occasion and you’ll be delighted with the best views of Antwerp, plus being immersed with iconic artists such as Lady Gaga, Britney Spears, Bruce Springsteen, Bono, Aerosmith, The Black Eyed Peas, Elton John, Rhianna, Christina Aguilera, Miley Cyrus, Prince and John Lennon. A stage is there ready for artists to perform or for your business presentation, companioned with state of the art equipment. Our first floor room can accommodate up to 80 guests, and 100 in cocktail setting. In the case you’d be interest in our entire cafe, events up to 250 guests can be perfectly hosted.
