   As always, great food, great drinks. Awesome they cater to gluten allergy, tastes great. Would’ve preferred a table more central, or in daylight.

   the music was nice but a little bit to hard. maybe that had to do with the fact that there were not many customers. but I surely will go back, everytime I vist Antwerp

    It was not the first time we visited Hard Rock Cafe Antwerp, but perhaps the last. We had arrived a little too early after a well-filled afternoon walking, but our table, a little before, had already been given to someone else who was far from finished eating. So we were given another table, ok no problem, can happen. After waiting a while, they came to take our order. An aperitif for everyone, because I had passed on that we were coming for my husband and daughter's birthday and had expected a small reference to this, even if it was a stick in the cocktail with happy birthday. But unfortunately nothing. After more than 10 min finally received our cocktail, only to receive our burger after another 5min later. Done with the apero. We each got our burger and fries, but no sauce. So we speak to an employee to get some mayonnaise and ketchup. The table next to us (8 people) got a bottle of mayonnaise and ketchup. Table on the other side (2 people) have a bottle of mayonnaise and ketchup. With us, they come with a jar of mayonnaise and ketchup that you can barely dip 10 fries into. So lots of sharing, little sauce. In fact, I was still in the mood for dessert, but after the disappointing service, I left for home. I have now indicated no, I would not recommend this restaurant, but all the previous visits were good, but this time really disappointed.

    As a veteran hard rock cafe guest all over the world this one was terrible.. asked for mac and cheese as a side, wansnt available. Mango tango cocktail was pure mango puree nothing else. I know the cocktail and it didnt taste like i know it. Brownie ice cream was fully crystalized ice cream not smooth at all. Very dissapointing visit.

    Food, drinks and service are always good, however the music was so loud, me and my friend had to yell at each other the whole time during our meal, which was pretty unpleasant. We ended up going somewhere else after.

    Leuke ervaring, hadden wel een lastige plek waar zeer veel volk passeerde. Niet zo aangenaam om rustig te eten. Mijn eten was zeer lekker, mijn vriend had de macaroni met kip gekozen. Dit was ook zeer lekker, maar te weinig. Had nadien nog honger. Dessert was subliem en zeer leuk om te delen. ( chocolate fudge) Over het algemeen zeer leuk, bepaalde puntjes waren minder. Hopelijk volgende keer als we gaan hebben we betere plaatsen. Locatie zelf is ideaal en zeer mooi aangekleed. Vriendelijk personeel. Het ticket voor 2 uur gratis parkeren op de groenplaats, was er zeer leuke attentie.

    It's a great place to eat with an amazing vibe to it, great music too. They have a lot of variety in food from Burgers to Fish to their lovely ribs. I would really recommend the baby back ribs, their bbq sauce is incredible. Their price range is very acceptable because they offer a large portion size and high quality food. I think that usually the staff here is also pretty fast and really friendly, would recommend going here

    My visit on October 29,2022 7:00 PM. I would have liked to give an Outstanding for service, but we arrived at HRC Antwerp around 6:30 PM, but we had made a table reservation at 7:00 PM, but were able to have a drink outside without any problems! Unfortunately, the order for a bottle of Colombard Chardonnay for €20.75 went wrong, it was not there and neither was the GerarBertrand Chardonnay €30.25. Whether we wanted the Brown Brothers Cenin Blanc €35.75. Ok it's my birthday, so don't be difficult. But nothing else happened. I regular saw the HRC employee walk by, but not with our order. It was now almost 7:00 PM and it was getting cooler. I told another employee that we went inside and would like to have the wine served there. And to our great surprise, he came with a bottle of Gerard Bertrand Chardonnay €30.25. We were happy and shouted, 'Let the Party begin'. The wine was delicious! The service was ok for the rest of the evening and I also got a great Birthday present and a delicious brownie for 2. But the best part was that 2 employees, One was the one who 'forgot us, but he/she made it up again', sang 'Happy Birthday' to me👍I said to my wife, I have already celebrated my birthday in several cities at an HRC, but I was never sung to'😥 Our evening started off a bit disappointing, but ended wonderfully🙏 Thank you HRC Antwerpen..C U soon!     Na 15-20 minuten nog niemand die ons drankje kwam opnemen. Eten besteld, maar het bestek was vergeten, eer dat het bestek er was, was het eten afgekoeld. Baby back ribs waren heerlijk. Cocktails waren ook lekker. Cola bij het diner besteld, nooit aangekomen.

    Slechtste ervaring bij een Hard Rock Cafe tot nu toe. Wij gaan graag naar een Hard Rock Cafe als we in een nieuwe stad zijn. Waar wij normaal erg tevreden zijn was dat in Antwerpen een heel ander verhaal. Hier was het eten flauw en het personeel erg onvriendelijk. Bij binnenkomst gaven we door op welke naam we gereserveerd hadden. We waren met 6 volwassenen en 1 baby. We hadden 6 personen doorgegen maar ivm de baby hadden dit 7 personen moeten zijn. Prima natuurlijk als zij een baby van 10 maanden als 7e persoon zien maar de manier waarop dit kenbaar gemaakt werd was verre van gastvriendelijk. Het krijgen van de rekening duurde erg lang en na zo'n 10 minuten wachten zagen we de betreffende medewerkster vertrekken want haar dienst zat erop. Ook het overige personeel was onvriendelijk en zij stonden meer met elkaar te praten dan dat zij zich bezighielden met de gasten.

    Service was very late, half our for the drinks for starter. After theat it was oké. But when we where finished nobody cared to ask if everything was good or to take the empty plates. Only a bill when i asked for it. Won’t do it again. Horrible experience
