    Food was amazing. Unnecessary noise was the downside. As they bussed tables they would drop dishes into the tubs which created a lot of clatter that became distracting.

    The restaurant had an event in the main dining space so the space was louder than normal. Service was rare. They didn't come by very often. The food was what you would get at a mall food court. Lots of overwhelming sauces and portions for maybe two people per plate. We had Mongolian beef (very little beef), sweet sour pork (mostly fried batter), seafood noodles, sautéed vegetables, and something else that never came. They were nice enough to cut a cake for moms birthday but after the way they did it I wish they hadn't. She basically cut huge chunks and threw them on plates on top of forks so they kinda topple off some. This was for a 92nd birthday celebration for 6 people and I wouldn't recommend ever going there for a banquet. It's not the elegant place I remember from back in the day.

    Food was amazing, but it was too hot inside, service was bad, and we did not get to sit outside as requested. However, I will be back, but I know what I am expecting when it comes to the service.

    The best BBQ pork buns. The dumplings are average, much better places in the Bay Area to go. And the corn chicken congee soup is yummy. Make reservations ahead and choose off peak hours if you want it to be quieter and be able to sit on the patio.

    This was my first time dining at Harborview for Dim Sum out on the patio (normally we arrive for dinner and it's too cold/windy to sit outside), and it was an absolutely lovely experience! The bao were the clear winners of the meal - both BBQ Pork and Pineapple Custard, and the mocktail Guava Martini was a delightful compliment to the meal. Staff are incredbily attentive, and service was fast yet food was fresh and piping hot. I am very glad I got to try my favorite SF Chinese restaurant during the day time, and I look forward to coming back with more people! Thank you!
