Welcome to Harbor Lights! For over 50 years we have been a staple in the Tacoma community. A rustic atmosphere that sits on the shore of Commencement Bay with scenic views providing the quintessential Northwest dining experience. Harbor Lights joined the Anthony's family on April 29th, 2000 after being the dream of Anton Barcott, an immigrant from Yugoslavia. On January 26, 1959 Anton opened Harbor Lights among the lumber mills and shipyards along the waterfront. We are well known for serving large portions of seafood such as the two pound bucket of steamed clams and have a loyal following of wonderful guests!

Great view and excellent fish and chips. The strawberry shortcake was amazing. One of our favorites on the Tacoma waterfront.

My husband and I have been dining at Harbor Lights for decades. The food is amazing, although my absolute favorite item, the seared crab which comes out of the shell and ready to eat, is pretty expensive. The views from our window seat were both soothing and amusing...we enjoyed watching a group of scuba divers make their way into the bay.

The food was great, we had fish and chips. Our martinis were perfect. The staff was very accommodating with seating. It was a very busy evening, but the service was still great.

Service was very good, food was enjoyable but a little more expensive than in the past but the noise level was quite high .

Really enjoyable! I was in Tacoma for an event later in the day and decided to enjoy a late lunch. Good move to go during non-peak hours when it was slow. I had the Dungeness crab sandwich, which was excellent. The clam chowder was also very good; the server asked if I had tried it before, which I had not, and informed me that it is made differently than many places with a non-dairy base. It was uniquely delicious. Beautiful waterfront setting. I look forward to returning!

Very Nice. I got home about two hours ago, so I've had time to reflect. The aromas coming out of the kitchen by the waiting area set the sensors on alert—and rightly so! I ordered two entrees just for me; my wife got hers: a shrimp cocktail bowl and fried calamari. Nothing is ever perfect, but they are knocking on the door. I'll remember that name as well. I won't say until I see you again. fantastic evening.

Great setting on the Tacoma waterfront with beautiful views. We were seated promptly and had good service throughout our meal, although our beverages were never refilled. Loved the warm bread with butter that was served prior to our meal. Our entrees were very good, with my only complaint being that I felt like my entree (halibut with rhubarb sauce) was not that large in size given its $47 price, and the small smear of rhubarb sauce was fairly insignificant -- still tasty, just not plentiful. My husband's meal (cioppino and salad) was a large quantity of food and much more reasonably priced.
