    I ordered a $52 crab pasta dish, and the crab was about 1/2 ounce worth of shaved, tasteless meat on top of a bed of fettuccine, in watery pasta sauce! My husband ordered a side salad and it was a tiny Caesar; they charged $16! I mean, if the food was delicious I’m happy to pay the money but this was “okay” at best. I’m not a picky eater at all. Very disappointing. Will not be returning. To put it into perspective, I’m not a complainer and usually easy to please. The service was great and the atmosphere was very pretty. I’ll give it that

    I was disappointed because of noise and Diana (waitress) was talking fast and repeating herself. My rewards card was not used because it was old which I’ve used for 10 years and now all of a sudden it won’t work and it’s old. No new card was issued or points not given for a $430 dollar bill. Harbor house has always been my favorite restaurant. Now I don’t think I can enjoy it after being disappointed It was my 60 th birthday and I wanted to celebrate their but it wasn’t much of a celebration Diana was rushed and the rewards card put a big problem on payment time. It was embarrassing and I don’t know how this would be different the next time since I still have the old card. They didn’t replace it.

    The food was amazing, started with Oysters which were very fresh. Our entrees were tasty and perfectly prepared. The staff was fantastic and very accommodating.

    Since it took over the space from Pieces of Eight, Harbor House has always been one of my favorite restaurants -- not just in Wisconsin but in the world. The food, service, ambiance, views, and overall product continue to be outstanding. But in my most recent visit -- some two years after my last one -- I was shocked at the prices. The minimum for a main course appears to be about $44 with exceptions for burgers or salads. Those are New York City/L.A./San Francisco prices! And the selection of fish from the Great Lakes appears to have diminished. Those would be my two criticisms. Otherwise, it remains a terrific place!

    The experience is always amazing at the Harbor House. Unfortunately, my salmon dish with cranberry risotto and brussel sprouts consisted of 4 cranberries and what looked to one sprout peeled into several leaves.

    This was a family dinner out. Our appetizers of oysters and calamari was excellent, was were our entree. Our meals were perfectly prepared. The servers were very professional and attentive to our needs.

    Evelyn and Kaleb did a excellent job serving our meal for 9 customers from start to finish. Food was prepared correctly, delicious, and served properly. Harbor House, We will be back to enjoy another Great Meal!! Yes, we came back the next day for Brunch. The Lobster Benni's were Delicious!

    I had made reservations here as part of a birthday celebration weekend for my boyfriend. His fondness for seafood helped with my reservation here. All of the members of the staff, especially our servers, Bill and Wilber, were very kind and welcoming. My boyfriend ordered the 8oz filet and scallops with Brussel sprouts, I ordered the filet and shrimp with green beans. There wasn't much flavor to the green beans or the sprouts. The potatoes that came with both dinners were delightful, bread was warm and welcoming, and the shrimp was also good. The scallops, however, were hard and tasted a little "fishy." My boyfriend spent the evening in the bathroom. This was an expensive and extravagant dinner for us as we were celebrating. The letdown is very real.

    The 68 dollar lobster was tough as shoe leather. Had we not had guests I would have raised the issue at the time. I was thoroughly disgusted!!

    Good food and service was excellent, however, our waitress made one huge mistake. When we sat down, I told her that she needed to give me the bill and she agreed to do that. Our guests were old friends from China and I wanted to pay the bill. At the end of the meal, my friend went and found our waitress and gave her his credit card. The waitress charged the meal to his card. I was absolutely furious!! I told the manager at the front desk. As of now, I will not return to this restaurant.

    There were no menus available in Spanish. The food was not very good (especially for the prices). I have had better salmon at Red Lobster, honestly. The service was good. I was pleased one person (the chef) was able to communicate in Spanish to our guests from Mexico.

    My husband & I celebrated our 35th Wedding Anniversary on Sunday & we loved the food, it was delicious!! I had the King Crab & my husband had the Ribeye Steak which were both delicious 😋 The customer service is excellent & the wait staff are so friendly & accommodating. Very attentive & make sure you are satisfied & have everything you need. This is our favorite restaurant to celebrate all our special occasions! You will be totally satisfied from the moment you walk in the door. Highly recommend Harbor House we will definitely be back soon!!

    The warm lobster roll luncheon sandwich was superb as was the Guinness breaded seafood trio. Our waitress Samantha was hospitable and attentive. Overall it was a great dining experience.

    Usually one of our favorite places but this time we had a reservation for 745pm and were not seated until 8pm and then once seated we waited for another 15 minutes until a server came to our table. The food took forever as well and the food was not hot. Just an off night I guess.

    Harbor House is a very good restaurant - no question. The food is well prepared and portions are adequate. You won't go away hungry as with many high-end places. But the cost is substantial - bring your wallet. Our bill for 5 was $900 including a 20% tip and we didn't order extravagantly. Service was friendly and timely but not exceptional. A great place for a business dinner or special occasion but not a place to seek value.

    Service was great, setting is fantastic, seating was timely. Unfortunately the food is not worth the price. Crab legs were soft and mushy, filet was tasteless. Salmon was ok. The Butter cake is to die for!

    We started the bar since we were a little early. Service there was very good. Brittany and Tony were our waitstaff and did a wonderful job. We had pasta with shrimp and Alaskan black cod. Food was absolutely delicious. Would definitely come back again. We weren’t by the window to see the lake but atmosphere was still wonderful.
