    This was my 4th dinner date with Liz, and she loved it all! Dinner was excellent, and the carrot cakes was delicious 🤤. The service was perfect. I am sure Liz and I will be back. Thank you for the wonderful experience

    Highly recommend. Wait staff was superb! Food was perfectly cooked. We ordered filets, seafood tower, scallops, pasta, fish, and dessert. Would go back in a heartbeat.

    We were eager to try this icon of Milwaukee dining, and certainly the food and building and setting were all excellent. However, we experienced long delays for drinks, and odd thing for a successful restaurant, and other service delays as well, although our servers were gracious and knowledgable. Also, I would note that we were seated at a little table just by the kitchen and on the way to the restrooms, and despite a glass barrier, there was plenty of noise and commotion moving back and forth past us as we dined. Nevertheless, we'd give it another visit.

    Such a lovely place to celebrate my birthday. There were a couple of food changes that we were surprised about - we like the former better. Ordered seafood bisque and was disappointed. Thought it tasted a lot like plain old tomato soup. We loved the old lobster bisque, especially the presentation. Also disappointed that the wedge salad has become a chopped salad. I know, same food - but different presentation. The ahi tuna was perfect, as were the scallops. Our guest enjoyed his halibut. And lastly, the complimentary key lime pie birthday treat was (as always) outstanding! All and all, a delightful evening at our favorite Milwaukee restaurant! Thanks for asking for our feedback.

    Madyson and Shannon did an awesome job! They were very attentive and helpful. We had a great table overlooking Lake Michigan where we could watch sailboats on the lake. The service, food, drinks and dessert were all absolutely amazing!! It was a special occasion for my husband and I as we were meeting our future in-laws in person for the first time. Thank you Harbor House for making it so special!

    We picked the Harbor House to spend our Anniversary this year. Unfortunately, the service was very, very poor. For the price of dinner ($250 without tip) service should've been top notch. We were greeted warmly and given a note at our table that said "Happy Anniversary". After that it was all downhill. We spent 90+ minutes and our water glasses were never refilled. This is just a basic thing. Bartolotta is a name out there that people relate to a high class dining experience but that is not what we had. We ordered drinks and finished them pretty quickly. Our empty glasses sat on the side of the table for a good 30 minutes before they were cleared and were asked if we wanted another drink. My husbands steak which was ordered medium rare came out medium well. We showed the #1 waitress and she did offer a new steak but an overcooked steak at this sort of establishment is unacceptable. We finished out meals and waited another 30 minutes before waitress #2 finally came with the check. The steak was not taken off or even discounted. No manger addressed this issue. We were given a complimentary piece of pie. For $64 the steak should've been perfect. For a bill of $250 the service should've been out of this world. Super disappointed.

    My husband and I went for the Sunday brunch for my birthday. All of the staff wished me a happy birthday. The food selections were great. I had the halibut, it wad delicious. Husband had the eggs Benedict also very good. We had a very nice time. Thank you, Harbor House, for making my birthday special.

    We've been here a number of times and recently went for our 15th anniversary. The food was great, you know the atmosphere is wonderful, and our server was nice. But our experience with the hostess and hostess / manager was cold and unwelcoming, and, despite my telling them it was our anniversary when I made the reservation, not one person acknowledged it. The meal was fine. Just fine. But this doesn't feel like a place for special occasions anymore.

    Great service, Crystal was nice but very busy as could be expected. I had the king crab and I wouldn’t recommend unless you like unseasoned crab. The fries were good as were the roasted potatoes. My date said the filet mignon and lobster Oscar were superb.

    Extremely overrated. The service was poor. The waiter forgot to order our entrees and an hour later the manager came over to tell us. He was not great and needs some management training. I know expectations of service have dropped a lot since the pandemic, but this was ridiculous. Harbor house has a nice view. The food was reasonable quality but uninspired and the service was worst I have had in decades. I would completely skip this restaurant in the future.

    We were really impressed with our food here. My husband and I are in our mid twenties but we were treated really well (this isn’t always the case when you’re younger at a nice restaurant). We went for our wedding anniversary and we’re impressed with all of our food and service. We will go back again soon.

    Great dinner. I would say that given you are a restaurant of status, have a dress code. No t-shirts without sleeves, require collared shirts at a minimum and no baseball or beanie hats in men. There’s a McDonalds not far for them.

    A great location, right on the water. Service was phenomenal and the food was incredible - the scallops, the oysters, the tuna tartare all amazing. For a great ambiance and setting with fantastic seafood, would recommend!
