   Have been there a few times and each time good delicious. Service is good, and summer on the deck is fun!

   Enjoyed dinner on the deck taking advantage of a gorgeous fall evening. We had the short ribs & seafood Cavatelli and both were delicious and generous portions. Service was excellent and you can't beat the location! We'll be back!

   Harbor Fire is clean & comfortable. The waitress was friendly and prompt. The food was outstanding (I had short ribs) and they serve guiness!

   Upon arrival, there was no hostess. A server sat us with our menus. After 8 minutes of waiting at the table, no one ever came over and acknowledged us. No water, nothing. I didn't see a manager either. We got up and left and ate down the street. Great service starts at the top. Run a tight ship and it's okay for servers and bartenders to help each other out. It's about creating a great experience so the customer returns and raves. (I gave 4 stars on food because I heard the food is great.)

   We can't comment on the experience except to say we were greeted, allowed to seat ourselves in the bar area, and waited for 20 minutes with no attention from any server -- including after we alerted the bartender we hadn't been helped. No menu, no drink offer, nothing. So we left. It wasn't that crowded, either. The one stars are only because we have to enter something to submit the review.

   Meh, I really wanted to like it but the food had too much spice for my taste. The margarita I had was really good but the meal itself was just ok. Also, very pricey, you must have to pay for the nice view.
