   Paid $10 a person for a private karaoke room only to find out later that you only have it reserved for an hour. Also- was planning on eating dinner there but had no idea the food service was closed down and we couldn’t eat. Overall waste of money and lack of communication. Probably won’t come back just because of the bad service.

   We had a wonderful time at Happy Box. Great service! Food was amazing and was out fast. We enjoyed our karaoke room and the system was very easy to work. Great decor and ambiance.

   Managed to have a great time, butl we tan into multiple issues. The bar was a mess, bartender didn't know what I was ordering, long lines and waits, and the chaos of the main room karaoke made it unpleasant and anxious. We had issues with the karaoke setup in the private room not working, and while the staff did get it working, we only got 1 song to work in the first 20 minutes or so.

   I payed for a “private” room but people kept coming in and out of the room I reserved. They were drinking our drinks and harassing the girls in my party. I was told a refund would be issued to me by one of the staff but that has not showed back up on my card.

    5 of us rented a karaoke room for NYE. They have a new system & the song selection was great. The staff were friendly. It was a great night for all of us. One note: I didn’t have the food but the app made me rate it.

    Hate to say this but our first trip here will also be the last. Supposedly, it was a Christmas pop-up bar but it looked like my first dorm room Christmas. The Miracle brand either sucks or they did not implement the product real well. Service was non-existent. Bartender was brand new, which is fine, but her comrade was MIA or sitting in the corner talking to what looked like an employee off the clock or her day off. Had a drink at 9:30 and before 10pm looked to order bites and they shut the kitchen down already. In all fairness the cook came out and said they could turn things back on but who wants to be that couple? I dunno, maybe a while from now we try it again but it was lackluster at best.

    Happy Box was really fun for our company party. The music selection wasn't exactly what we were looking for and since the website said they had so many songs, we had high expectations, but not many American bands/artists were on their machines. The food was good, but we thought it was a little overpriced for the portion sizes. Other than that, we had a great time with a great atmosphere.

    We loved our night at Happy Box, but... The karaoke interface is simply terrible. We spent sooooo much time trying and failing to find songs. That was really disappointing. As soon as they install a new interface with straightforward song/artist search functions we'll be back. The private karaoke rooms themselves are awesome. The drinks are great. The overall vibe and atmosphere was truly very enjoyable.

    Karaoke was fun but their menu is really small and the service was really slow. They didn't have enough staff, felt bad for the workers...they were trying.

    Our birthday group had a very fun time at Happy Box - the staff was super helpful, the drinks were reasonably priced, and once we figured out the karaoke system, we had a blast!

    Absolutely magical experience. Their karaoke booths were amazing. Their Wednesday staff was friendly and made excellent recommendations. All our food and drinks were fantastic!! Will definitely return.

    The private karaoke was so fun! The food was delicious but not for picky eaters who don't like real Asian cuisines/snacks. The cocktails were to die for! They have Sapporro on tap but were out of it when we visited. Very cool place and worth a visit if you like karaoke.

    We had little trouble reserving more than 1 hour in a karaoke room through the online reservation system, but we had a great time, and the whole ambience of the place (especially the karaoke rooms) is super cute. The food was good and the experience was really fun!

    Well the noise level was entirely up to us as we were in our own room. The food was good and very reasonable during the happy hour time and kind of expensive after that... but we didn't really know what we were doing or what to order. The Karaoke machine is a little complicated but it didn't hamper the fun.

    Our karaoke server was wonderful! However, we definitely did not appreciate the manager (?) behind the bar choosing to yell at us and kick us out instead of conversing like an adult to clear up a simple misunderstanding that we immediately apologized for.

    The food was amazing. Three friends and I got almost one each of the appetizers and shared plus some fries (really, really fantastic), one of the pancakes and the ribs. The salad was okay and everything totally rocked! My friend said that their kimchee was the best he ever had. We really wanted to try the karaoke and unfortunately it was already booked. We all decided we would come back to try the karaoke and of course have some more amazing food. Plus we got to see a group do the beer shot with the chopsticks which was really fun!

    I tried to make a reservation for one of the karaoke rooms and thought i did through my reservation. That in fact was only a reservation for dinner which i did not want. They need to figure out a better, more clear system for reservations. I am not the only one to have this problem.

    The room was not ready until 20 minutes after the schedule time, and the waitress tried to end our scheduled time early instead of extending it. Not enough songs, and the room was very hot. I loved the room themes, it was super fun overall despite the difficulties. The bar was really nice, and the food was yummy. Would do it again, but hopefully it improves after some weeks of experience.

    Food and drinks were fine. The karaoke was disappointing. You had to sing over the original song vocals which I found really distracting and not what I wanted or expected from an "authentic" noraebang/karaoke experience. Spend the time/money/resources to get a better user interface for song choice and find software that has songs without the original vocals. Nobody wants to shout over Adele or Beyonce's voice!

    The drinks here are delicious- I highly recommend them. They aren’t skimp on the alcohol either, they’re tasty without compromising content. For food, we ordered the Korean hot dog, Tteeokboki, Pork Sando, O-Fries, and Korean Fried Rice. The Korean Fried Rice was delicious, and pretty authentic! I’ve missed this dish since I stayed in Korea, and I was so pleased while eating it. The Pork Sando was delicious too, but like the O fries and Tteeokbooki, had just a tad too much salt (all in all, very tasty, I just cook a lot of Asian food and tasted my own mistakes in these dishes). The only actual disappointment was the hot dog, as the dog itself was lukewarm in a hot fried dough. I leave this feedback not as a diss, but just as some feedback for a newly opened restaurant because I am, really, truly, looking forward to going back in a few months and trying it all again. I love food, Asian food specifically, and hope this place can thrive. My only complaint about the venue itself is that the light bar in the back needs some adjustments on the angle, as some of the lights shine directly into your eyeballs, leaving one with a “I stared into the sun” effect. All this aside, I would absolutely recommend it to anyone!!! The venue itself is a wickedly fun atmosphere (did I mention the karaoke rooms?!) offering unique foods akin to those you’d find on the streets of Seoul or the many cities of Japan. I’m really excited this place opened in Bozeman, and hope more creative restaurants follow what this restaurant offers: a radically different and unique menu, and a bright, energetic, and youthful dining/drink experience.

    Fun new spot in Bozeman! Good and friendly service. Food was pretty good, but definitely not priced in line with asian street food. :) The atmosphere was a little bright for a basement bar.

    Loved the food, vibe & private karaoke rooms! Best new addition to Bozeman's night scene. There was not a house cocktail I didn’t love…and their miso spaghetti was ridiculous delicious!
