   We arrived on time and asked for a booth instead put behind a curtain at two person table even though booths available. Ordered drinks asked for orange pieces in one drink got none no server, had to go up to bar to get for my significant other. Specifically came for steak as we have done in past. Very specific order on rare steak came medium and had to be sent back so basically we ate meals separately. During meal one of front people walks by talking about quitting. The final bill comes with charges for the incorrectly cooked steak which had to be adjusted. My past experience at Hanks had been great, this was a totally wasted evening.

   Our party of 4 went to Hank's last night. We were immediately recognized and seated, and cocktails quickly followed. It felt very cozy and comfortable. Our waitstaff for the evening consisted of Caudio, Bo, and Al--a very competent team. They probably got a chuckle at our entree selections; here we were at probably the finest off-strip steakhouse in the valley, and only one of us orders steak--the others selected shrimp, the branzino special, and soup-and-salad. But each entree was expertly prepared and exactly what each of us wanted. I'd recommend Hanks to anyone who wants to experience a nice, affordable, up-scale steakhouse that is away from the hustle and bustle of the Strip.

   Thanks for making our anniversary dinner so special. The champagne, entrees, wine and dessert were all amazing. Erik, Brian, and Patrick provided outstanding service. This is exactly why we keep coming back.

   Hanks is amazing. Service was great. Only thing I have to say is that it’s very pricey

   Waiting for 20 minutes past our reservation time to be seated at a poor and very loud table diminished our experience. Food quality and service were acceptable, but not up to Hanks historically high standard. We’ve celebrated many milestones at Hanks and this is the first time we came away disappointed.
