   It was my first time at Hanjan and I am already looking forward to my next visit! The restaurant follows a "push the button for service" model which I personally think is brilliant, however, response rate was a bit slow. Granted, we were here on a super busy Friday evening. That aside, service was warm and friendly. Food was really flavourful, portion sizes were decent, and came with complimentary (and unlimited!!) sides. The only recommendation I have is to lower the volume of the music during early dinner service. I found it difficult to converse with my dinner party over the loud music. It makes sense to turn up the music at 10pm but not at 6:30pm.

   Clean n Specious. Kimchi pancake and fried chicken (sauce on side). Soft and juicy. Entree price is value for money. Drinks soju is good

   Mediocre! The food is good but nothing exceptional. Bibimbap was actually disappointing, lacked flavor adding hot sauce didn't do anything. Grilled pork belly was good and seafood pancake. Glass noodles with beef was tasty.

   Great flavours. Not a kimchi fan normally, but they make theirs in house and very good. Had the xxx? Jim beef stew; very very tasty.

   Been there on a weekend. Place was a little busy. Nice cozy cubicle where you can have privacy. Love the service button as it makes it easier to call service. Wished there were more selections though

   It has a calm, modern, and very energetic vibe. Right when you walk in, it feels like you're transported into a nice urban location. Lots of attention was put into the entire experience. It feels like you're in some nice urban street location with little dining rooms as small business fronts. While the open area in the middle gives a night time patio feel. We reserved one of the rooms in the corner since we brought our two girls with us (ages 2 and 5). The food was great even if it was a little on the pricey side. We ordered the galbi, japchae, and the dduk bae bulgogi. Everything tasted great and left a lasting taste that makes me crave for it over and over. For dessert, we had the mango bingsu and the nutella banana waffle. The service was fast, friendly, and efficient but got a little slower when it got busy. They had little call buttons on each table to get the attention of the staff which was a very nice and convenient touch - all food establishments should have this. Overall we enjoyed our family dinner at Hanjan. It has definitely become one of our favorite places to eat

   There are a few Korean restaurants and Hanjan was average. It is cheaper then others. Food was tasty though. Love the buzzer idea on the table. This is how you call for service. Works well. The Korean fried chicken was yummy as was the pork belly. Disliked the seafood pancake. We will return as the price is right and food came exceptionally fast.

   Had a great time, the atmosphere was great and I had great recommendations from the server. There is a free karaoke room and very small rooms with booths to have a more private group. Would definitely go back!

   There are many better Korean options just a few blocks away. The place was loud and the lighting was dim. It feels more like a pub than a Korean restaurant, maybe that's what they are going for. No side dishes served. IMO, the side dishes are part of the Korean meal experience, and that's definitely missed. Food is okay, but there are a lot better options around the area. Definitely won't be back.
