   This bar had tasty drinks, though it does seem like a tourist attraction (don’t know that I noticed any locals as patrons). Even with a reservation, you’re escorted as a group of about a dozen into either upstairs or downstairs bar. I had a downstairs reservation at the bar and unfortunately, it didn’t seem like they served any food at this one, so be aware. The music gave club vibes, with hip hop playing fairly loudly. You’re greeted by the entire staff as you enter. Service is fairly quick as you’re asked what you’d like to drink. At the bar, there’s a good view of the bartenders crafting the drinks. You’re given nut appetizer that includes some dried grasshoppers. Not bad, and the grasshoppers are nutty and crunchy. Drinks were good, but I wouldn’t say they were out of this world. The fig martini was refreshing and had half a fig in it. Honestly, without the fig being in there, I didn’t necessarily get the fig flavor to guess what it would be. Salt-n-pepper was also nice but again, the smokiness of the mezcal and the habanero spice was not there for me. Good drink, advertised flavors didn’t deliver. Peanut butter jelly was the one that really gave the flavor profile in the description. It’s a bit sweeter than what I would normally drink, but I tasted what the mixologist wanted to serve. The small pb&j “sandwich” that came with it was also a nice surprise. Looks exactly like white bread with pb, but it’s made of white chocolate. Very fun addition that brought the flavors of pb&j together. The staff in general were attentive and nice. The bartender was happy, joking, and providing a show as he worked. The wait staff was hot and cold. One young lady would speak to us answering questions, then just turn away and do a task like filling a water glass then come back and finish her thought. I couldn’t tell if she was listening to an earpiece and was distracted, but it didn’t make us patrons feel like we had her attention. Overall, a good one time experience

   We happened to snag the last reservation of the evening and am I sure glad we did. The servers were very attentive and the drinks were very unique. Loved the energy of the bar and wish we could have had time and reserved the downstairs to try their food as well.

   Este bar superó todas mis expectativas. Los tragos son de excelente calidad, con sabores únicos y originales que sorprenden en cada sorbo. Se nota la creatividad y el cuidado en cada preparación. Además, la atención fue impecable: el personal es amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudarte a encontrar el trago perfecto según tus gustos.     Tuve la fortuna de vivir una experiencia inolvidable en este lugar, y no me sorprende en absoluto que hoy sea reconocido como el número 1 de Norteamérica ¡y del mundo! Desde el primer momento, se siente algo especial: la energía, el ambiente, la atención al detalle… todo está perfectamente cuidado para ofrecer una vivencia única. Fue mucho más que una visita, fue un recuerdo que se quedó conmigo. Si tienes la oportunidad de ir, no lo dudes: lo que aquí se vive, no se olvida.
