One of our favorite steakhouses now in Nashville. We’ve been looking for a great place and Hand Cut Chophouse knocked it out of the park! Perfectly cooked steaks, great service and some live music!

Good vibe, Darrian our waiter was spot on, but the filet was full of gristle and fat, the NY strip also had a large portion of gristle in it.

Steak was a horrible cheap cut of meat. Steaks had no flavor. Mac and cheese and Parmesan corn had no taste. Food came out lukewarm warm. All 3 of us asked to have steaks taken off bill. SteKs were $58 and sides were $10 to $12. Every tging was a la cart. Manager didn't even bother coming to speak to us.

The waitress was either overwhelmed or completely uninterested. 45 min wait for a drink that she claimed was because the bartender was backed up. Clearly she forgot to place the order, but when approached to remind her, my husband received annoyed attitude. The food was cold & steaks not cooked to preference. Beautiful restaurant with a great vibe, but wouldn’t try again.

Loved everything about this restaurant. We had the Wyagu sliders to start and they were excellent with carmelized onions and cheese. I had the ahi tuna stack with house made tortilla chips. My husband had the ribeye which came out perfectly cooked and seasoned. We will definitely return on our next trip. The service was impeccable and the entertainment was personal and not too loud. It would be nice if they added a choice of rolls or corn bread at the start of the meal, not necessarily on the house but as a menu option.

Overall a fun and enjoyable night at Hand Cut. Live music is always nice in Nashville and the show this evening was a mix of covers. Food was solid.
