Food was delicious, service was great, kids menu available so perfect for whole family!
Took forever. We had a $600 bill and they barely checked in on us or anything. Super slow service. Beautiful dining though.

The experience was quiet confusing
There is no signage so we had to ask the bartender if we were even in the correct place
First, and maybe most important, the food was great. Steaks and fish cooked perfectly. The prices reflect the quality of the food. The rest of the experience did not match the food. Perhaps because it seems to be a new concept/renovation or maybe because of low business due to Covid, but we were seated in the hotel lobby bar area rather than in a restaurant. It was breezy, cold, noisy on occasion (some very annoyed hotel guests at the front desk were literally five feet away), and far enough from the bar that we felt ignored by the staff at times. It was not enough to ruin our meal, because the food was very good, but we probably won't return without asking if the restaurant portion of seating is open. Our hope is that over time it will be better (maybe a sign somewhere so people know the restaurant exists and is in the hotel would be helpful).
Food very tasty snd nicely presented. Only negative is since in a hotel, parking was difficult.
Completely remodeled wonderful service Hammer and Fire is definitely an asset to the King of Prussia /Valley Forge community.
Went there with my family sat at a round table which is fantastic to speak to everyone in a large party. Everyone was happy with their food it was better than expected for a hotel restaurant.
We went for King of Prussia restaurant week the food positively gourmet it was a bargain!
Overall good experience the steak was perfect. Our server Jeremy was professional and helpful. I will return to try other menu items.
Went for Restaurant week, I live close and have not been there before. My wife and I ordered coffee, her cup came and about 6 - 7 minutes later my cup arrived. My cup was hot and her cup was less the warm. My wife asked if her lunch could be with out balsamic the was listed. Waiter said yes but it was marinated, we found that our when she went to try it. The appetizers were good My wife had the salad and I had a Soup both were good. My entre was good, my lunch was boxed to come home because of the balsamic. I guess I will have another lunch at home.
We went to enjoy KOP restaurant week and try a restaurant we have never been to and it was well worth it. Great value for the price we spent. Great food and great staff that were very attentive to our needs. The waiter even substituted a desert that was on the menu to accommodate my husbands food allergy. Kudos to This restaurant. We will be returning to try the regular menu.
We tried the restaurant for Restaurant Week and had a very good meal. Our server was excellent!
We chose this restaurant for lunch for Restaurant week but it is not normally opened for lunch. Everything was excellent except the service was very slow. We received our 1st course and we still had not received our beverages. The food was excellent but it took a while before we got boxes for those who couldn't eat all that was served. Also took a while for us to get the check. I really think it was because there was only two servers and the place was not usually open for lunch. I would certainly go back because the food was outstanding.
The entire experience at Hammer and Fire was five star and matches the recent investment that the Alloy has put into their hotel. Jeremy was an excellent host/bartender and showed a real dedication to an excellent dining experience. The head chef put together an incredible meal that I’d come back and order time and time again. Thank you for the amazing service and I will be back soon.

This place looks great, very nice furniture, the ambiance is very cool, but that’s about as good as it gets. The server was very nice, but always distracted, which took away from the experience. Plus, all the food (4 different apps, 3 different entrees, and 2 different desserts) was mediocre, nothing stood out. If you’re going to come here, stay for some drinks at the bar, maybe the charcuterie board, and the ambiance.
This restaurant is ok, but geared to a older business crowd and not a nice dinner with friends for a younger crowd. Food was ok. I didn't like my appetizer or my drink, but dinner and dessert were very good.

Very poor service and it took 2 hrs for main meal order to come.
Service nonexistent. Made a reservation. 45 minutes after the reservation we had still not been spoken to by a server. The entire restaurant was empty. I gave the food one star only because I had to. We didn’t have any food.
Took over 1.5 hours to get appetizers and drinks, our meal took 4 hours in total to complete. No communication from main server who basically ignored us the entire time, had to work with bartender to get service and speak to the manager. Terrible experience all around and will not be back.
Will go back to try this place again. Food was very good but felt bad because there was only one server for all the tables. Everything took a very long time to come out including drinks and food. Hopefully just growing pains as you can tell the chef really takes pride in the menu. Very expensive which we were surprised by.

Restaurant days, new open.
Good cocktail, wine by the glass was a little pricey so we skipped that. Bowl of gumbo was fantastic. Shrimp and grits was wonderful, and good sized portions. The spice level and micro greens were spot on.
While a limited menu during restaurant week, this new place did not disappoint. The staff was friendly and kind. The food was ridiculously delicious. I had the shrimp and grits and my boyfriend had the steak and fritz. All was mouthwatering. The salads were also delicious and dessert was a great way to end. I hope they open a full menu soon and hope to go back. The spot is beautiful, in a weird spot because of being in the hotel, but once you got in, it was so warm and welcoming! Highly recommend. Thanks to the chef and staff.
I took my best friend for lunch. The food was amazing. You could tell that everything was made fresh and the presentation was beautiful. Our waitress was really sweet and didn’t rush us. She allowed us to take our time while ordering and kept checking to make sure we had everything we needed. I cannot wait to go back. All three courses exceeded our expectations.
Loved this place. Each course got better and better. Went for KOP restaurant week. The chicken entree, steak entree, and blueberry cheese cake were the standouts.
