    Very unique restaurant with an enticing drink menu, not to mention an extensive bourbon Selection. The fillet mignon was one of the best I’ve had and the service was attentive.

    Server was very good. Ordered a Filet medium for my entrée,it was medium rare at best which was a bummer because it’s 55$ but overall a good dinner.

    It’s my new birthday tradition, two years running now. This is the type of place good for one, MAYBE two meals a year. It’s that unique and special. You’re guaranteed to be treated like royalty or like your server’s best friend. If you go in, ask for my guy Charles. You won’t be disappointed and you’ll want to hang out with this guy all the time. I absolutely love Hamilton’s and you’d be hard-pressed to find a better cut of meat in STL.

    Everything was really great! Especially the service from our very attentive, waiter named keith. Fantastic wine list, fantastic steaks fantastic choice of appetizers and sides.. My suggestion is when you’re at a steakhouse eat steak. The bourbon room we sat in was super cool. Next time I’m in town. I will definitely be going back. and sides.

    Always enjoy this place. The bar is excellent, stocked with a wide variety of bourbons and whiskeys. Food was fantastic! Had the KC strip and twice baked potato. Absolutely one of our favorites.

    Hamilton’s by far is the best restaurant experience my wife and I have had in a very long time in St. Louis. The service was impeccable and the wait staff was very detailed oriented and attentive. Locally sourced ingredients were a nice touch as well. The decor was cool, and the ambience had a good feel. The only thing we would give them negative marks on were the drinks - they were just ok. It’s a whiskey bar, so I can’t really fault them on not making a good lemon drop martini for my wife. Finally, the FOOD. The steaks were phenomenal. The flavor, the quality of cut, and the perfect way it was cooked - just amazing. Sides were great too, we got the twice baked potato and sprouts. Go if you haven’t gone, and go again if you’ve already been.

    Charles did an excellent job as our server. He carried on a pleasant conversation throughout our meal and was very attentive to our needs. He was quite knowledgeable of the menu and answered all of our questions throughly. Overall the atmosphere was wonderful along with our meals. Definitely will recommend Hamilton’s to our friends and family and plan to return in the future.

    My husband and I both had the filet which was excellent- cooked to perfection medium rare. Drinks were yummy-a Manhattan and the RESPECT (think lemon drop martini). Service was also great, attentive and friendly but not too fussy. Will definitely be back!

    Best restaurant in St. Louis! I would 100% recommend! Everything was absolutely incredible. Many of the items are locally sourced with some even grown in their backyard. We tried the seared scallops, risotto, salmon, charcuterie board and pork belly appetizers!

    I was personally very disappointed. We celebrated a very special birthday there last night. I LOVE spending a lot of money for good food, I HATE spending a lot for bad. Very unremarkable.

    Service was quick. Atmosphere was very nice. Took my husband for his birthday while we were in town. Food just wasn’t anything impressive I got the filet and it didn’t have much flavor. Husband got the special which was also just okay.

    Atmosphere was cool. Specialty cocktails were on point. Service was slow. The food we ordered was meh. Most disappointing was my 16oz ribeye. Extremely thin and not proper temp bordering on room temp. Ordered it medium rare. Well done on periphery and rare in middle. Won’t be at top of my list to return.

    The lamb was absolutely delicious. I didn’t think I liked lamb chops, but I loved that lamb. The porterhouse was good but not fabulous like the last two times we had if there. Hopefully just a blip. We will try it again because it has bee THAT good in the past. The creamed kale.!!!! If you only get one side, get the creamed kale! They have a very nice stock of quality wines. We had the Grand Bouchon Medoc. So, so good.

    We started with a flight and some appetizer's at Winnie's Wine Bar and then moved over to Hamilton's for dinner. Delicious meal and great service. We enjoyed the free bubbles for our anniversary. Thank you!

    My significant other and I came here to celebrate our 10th anniversary, and it did not disappoint. The space is cool without trying too hard but still casual, didn't feel like we needed to wear formal attire to eat steak. The food was also great, and came out quickly. We enjoyed our entire experience, and will be back in the future.

    Hamilton's never fails to please. Absolutely fantastic in every possible way. The noise level does tend to increase later in the evening - but we've figured out how to manage that by making our reservations for an earlier time. Keep up the good work!

    Nice, urban, rustic vibe. A tad loud, but did not interfere with table conversation. Selection of whiskey very good. Service was excellent. Timing of meal and courses served was excellent. Food was very good, steaks cooked perfectly. The Hamilton Salad was very good. The only criticisms on food were the carrot cake and lobster bisque. Cake was dry. And the lobster bisque was a bit bitter and way too salty. Overall, Very Good. I probably won’t return as there are so many other steak houses I consider Excellent. And if I am going to drop over $250 for a meal for two, I want it to be Excellent.
