Always a lovely experience. Excellent set menu. I always keep going back
Great food and not too expensive in a hotel restaurant
Amazing service and really good quality food. Will definitely be coming back again.
The server we had was excellent, knew to ask how we wanted our pouched eggs, not a lot of people do that. Therefore gets a gold star for asking.
Walking into the Ham Yard hotel is like walking into a home: welcoming, warm with vibrant colours everywhere you look. The service was impeccable, helpful and my friends and I had a wonderful evening. We could hear each other without having to shout over the table and lastly the hotel/restaurant give you space.
Thank you all
Great food at a great price with surrounding that meant you could have a conversation easily
Good vibe. Delicious food
Outstanding dinner overall experience. A must in London.
Lovely service ambiance and set menu was excellent valie
Had a lovely pre theatre meal on a Saturday combined with a birthday celebration. The food was excellent and the service faultless
Everything about our experience was fantastic!! From the moment we arrived the service was first class. We had chosen the set lunch for pre theatre. The food was absolutely delicious and served on the most beautiful quirky Wedgewood service. Cocktails fabulous and the decor was absolutely amazing. Will definitely be returning
Great place to have breakfast. Really loved it. Food and service were great.
Our first visit on a Friday. The bar was extremely crowded and the noise and people spilled over into the restaurant. The waiters were very busy and we waited a long time for our order to be taken. My first course was cold and was courteously replaced. Food was good and value for money but will not return on a Friday, it didn’t have its usual relaxed ambience.
Great location, vibe and service. Pre-theatre menu was lovely, but the only thing letting it down was that the food was all luke-warm.
Such a lovely experience. Beautiful surroundings, lovely helpful and friendly staff, excellent food served exquisitely and with great attention to detail. I will definitely book again. I can't think of a better value and more delightful place to eat in Soho. Thanks to all who made our visit feel perfect.
Delicious food in a quirky atmosphere. Highly recommended.
Lovely atmosphere, relaxed with attentive service. We had the fixed price offer with glass of prosecco. All the food was lovely including the salmon main course and chocolate desert . The French fries were devine, hot and crispy on the outside, soft and steamy in the middle . Unfortunately the Cod first course seamed a little under cooked.
As it was our anniversary, we were presented with an extra desert with Happy Anniversary piped on to the plate. We were impressed with the value, food and service and plan to visit again.
Our warm starter was cold and sent back(3 of 4). The rest was fine.
Very good service. And the ambiance was just great.
Brilliant food and service. Thank you so much for the recognizing my birthday as well. Would definitely recommend and will be returning!
Another great experience makes it hard to choose anywhere else in Immediate locale especially when there is such a perfect deal on their set menu for pretheatre with a glass of prosecco included, the restaurant ambience is unbeatable being comfortable to chat :- meaning no strain hearing your table’s conversation yet still vibrant. Service is warm yet professional and responsive. A firm favourite.
It’s a nice venue, but got very cold every time a door opened. Initially bombarded with waiting staff, then everyone disappeared. The food was very average this time around, although it has been better on previous visits.i would go back but more for the convenience than the food or value
Very relaxed atmosphere and nice setting. Not rushed.
The service at Ham Yard was wonderful, as usual. Nothing is too much trouble for the friendly staff. They even served my friend a birthday dessert as a surprise. House champagne was lovely. Only downside was the food not being up to its usual high standard: my tomato and basil salad had mushy tomatoes which tasted past their best, and my friend's dish had chewy broccoli. But this was an exception rather than our usual excellent dining experience here.
The service was excellent. All members of staff we encountered were very polite and courteous. The ambience was extremely pleasant and relaxed, set off by the lovely decor, and the dim, but warm lighting. We had the set menu which, usually hit-or-miss in some places, was excellent here. Each course was splendid and I would highly recommend a visit.
Excellent food in a beautiful location. Service was great too. Could not fault this place for a relaxed lunch with friends.
A very enjoyable meal prior to our theatre performance. Food was excellent and service was great.
Excellent value on the set menu & a really lovely meal.
Fantastic set menu, brilliant value. We did double the price by ordering a bottle of wine, but with 3 courses, sparkling wine and bottle of wine between 3 of us for £50pp it was fantastic value.
Portion sizes were relatively small but actually perfect sized without the crazy stuffed feeling afterwards.
Venue beautiful. Staff knowledgeable and friendly
Good food and fairly priced. Friendly and helpful staff
We were meant to be receiving the see menu but were told on arrival it was not available
Lovely restaurant with great buzzy ambience, food was delicious and service great have been here several tunes and would definitely go back again
We had an amazing evening ! Wonderful staff and service , will definitely be back. thankyou
My husband and I went to the Ham Yard for dinner last Saturday and we loved every minute of it. The ambience was so cosy, the food was great (I had the chicken broccoli, my husband ordered the Dover sole), and the staff were super friendly as well. I ordered a glass of champagne which was a bit flat, but our lovely waitress changed it for another glass straight away.
I have been at the restaurant a few times before and I have never been disappointed. There set menu is always fairly priced and the food choices are sublime.
Lovely restaurant, great food
A very enjoyable afternoon! Lovely food and gorgeous surroundings!
Great food and venue. There was a mix up with the main meals delivered to us, but when we highlighted this to the waiter it was quickly and satisfactorily resolved. Service was very good.
Better than expected - great service, tasty food, lovely vibe
Lovely food, great location and knowledgeable friendly staff. 2 or 3 course special menu is extremely good value but boy do they know how to charge for extras! Over £13 for two cups of peppermint tea!!
We ate from the £19.50 menu - 2 courses and a glass of prosecco. This was very good value in a quite upmarket restaurant. The food was beautifully cooked and presented. Portion sizes are quite small but I expected that. I had the roast duck breast to start and the belly pork with cassoulet to follow, both were delicious. The table linen, glasses and china are all quality items, often overlooked in more trendy establishments. Service was friendly but not intrusive. The atmosphere was a little corporate for my taste but it appeared to be a very popular venue.
