A restaurant that triumphs in taste over trend, Hal's is not the typical highbrow restaurant so often equated with food of this quality. It is a place of white table cloths, flowers, warm brick, & candlelight.

DRESS CODE: To ensure a quality experience for all of our guests and to meet our standard of service, our dress code will be strictly enforced.                                                                                                             It's a very good 'old school' steakhouse. Our waiter, Barry, was great. He never rushed us and gave great recommendations. Large portions. The calamari, lobster bisque, and steaks were wonderful. Choose some of the steak sauces to add an extra lift. Also, choose the pasta as the side dish. Just the right amount of spice. The noise level was a bit high, so you had to speak in a loud voice to be heard.

                                                                                                            Great overall experience. Had reservations as soon as we walked in, we were seated. Service was exceptional all night. Food was very delightful and fulfilling.

                                                                                                            Hal’s never disappoints but I swear last night, some how, it was even better than usual. As always, I highly recommend Hal’s for a great steak and experience.

                                                                                                            Great job folks! What an excellent experience. Our waiter was totally dialed in on meeting our expectations. And the food was fantastic. Tried new dishes, away from steak: duck and veal. Wonderful. I wish I could afford to eat here much more often. Thanks to all, especially our awesome waiter whose name I cannot recall. Bravo.

                                                                                                            I look forward to coming to Atlanta because I know we will go to Hal's for dinner. Kevin makes our dinner special - from his warm greeting ,to bringing our favorite cocktail mixed perfectly, to his dinner suggestions - always on point - he makes our visit exceptional. With all the fine dining available in Atlanta, Hal's tops my list. I look forward to our next visit!

                                                                                                            We started with New Orleans style Oysters which were some of the best I've had. Then had a delicious Caesar salad. My Fiancee and I both ordered steaks that were cooked perfectly and I paired mine with a giant blackened lobster tail. I don't think anything could have been better, it was a 10/10 meal.
