The service was absolutely awful. In fairness to our very young looking waiter, he was not well trained and the place was not well staffed for a Friday night. He was very polite and apologetic, but the service was really terrible. It took about 15 minutes to get water and then about 30 minutes after arrival to get our drinks. My husband ordered a dry Hendricks gin martini and received a gin margarita. A Hendricks gin margarita. I really don't even think that is a thing (and it shouldn't be a thing - yuck). I think the waiter was under the drinking age and didn't know the wines or drinks that we ordered, but you would think the bartender would hear that and suggest he go back to the table for clarification. We never got our appetizer. The fish entrees were very good but the steaks were very overcooked (ordered medium rare and served medium well). However, since everything took so long to arrive, we couldn't send it back and still get to our show on time. It was a very poor experience.

Dated restaurant with 1990’s decor and needs an urgent update.

Living on past reputations and we all know you’re only as good as your last steak served.

I complained about my bone-in ribeye and left most of it.
Over-seasoned and a weird after taste.

Manager didn’t even come to our table to discuss or apologize.......which frankly sums the place up.

I have a group of 40 customers in the Green Bay Area next month and this was a strong option......now no chance at all!!

While I am not crazy about the new name or the sign on the building, I was happy to learn that it is the same management and menu from Brett Favre Steakhouse. The steaks were great, selection excellent, and our server and bartender cared about or dinner and drinks. Would recommend...

We were very disappointed. We have been there many times but not for a couple of years and it was very obvious why there were so few people there on Valentine's Day. We have been there for other Valentine's Day dinners and the place was always very busy.
Service was slow, steaks were over cooked and one meal was barely warm. That was a $50.00 meal and it was cold.
Very overpriced for the value provided.
Time to try somewhere else.

Our steaks were way over done, dry with no flavor. I had the filet minion and it was tough I did not finish it. My husband and our friend had the Cowboy steak and they too were over done with no flavor. Our other friend had the lemon chicken pasta and said the rosemary was over barring. We also ordered dessert and the cake was dry. For the price of the food I expected it to be much better. We were very disappointed!

Not what we expected at all. Came for good steaks and to celebrate Christmas.
We were the ONLY people in the restaurant. Waitress was nice and knew the menu but did not offer to even upsell on salads with dinner we had to suggest it to our guests. Again, we were the only people in the restaurant besides staff and our meal took a long time to come out. Steaks were over done. Most people at our table ordered Medium or Medium rare they were all charred on the outside and only 1 of the steaks at the table was slightly pink in the middle. We had heard a lot of good things and wanted to compare to Lombardi's in Appleton. We would not make the drive from Oshkosh again, not very impressed. Atmosphere was nice and up to date but food was not worth the drive.

Our experience at Hall of Fame Chophouse was fine. It is located a couple of blocks from Lambeau Field behind a couple of buildings. The atmosphere was very nice, dim lighting, quite atmosphere, private booths... We were underwhelmed with the food, I ordered a steak medium rare, it was cooked medium. My wife had crab cakes that were fine.
I don't want to sound that everything was awful, we expected a little more for the price. We may have been there on a off day.

For 50 dollars for a 16oz ribeye, you would expect the best steak you have ever had. Not in my experience, ordered my ribeye rare and my girlfriend ordered tenderloin medium well (I know, ruined. She knows.) Order comes in. Tenderloin: medium; ribeye: well done. Simple mistake, sent it back. Waiter and manager are sympathetic, (apparently new cook,) and knock of a couple off the bar tab. Second ribeye comes in (obviously being a rush job) cooked rare, distinct fine line of brown searing on the outer part and rare in the middle. Seemed to have a lot of gristle, and honestly an overall bland flavor. Not a good experience and I've had much better 20$ steaks: plug for Geno's out of Seymour, WI.

Amazing food!!! Amazing prices!! Kira was our waitress she was so attentive and extremely detailed in her explanation of everything!! Everyone we came in contact with were extremely welcoming!!! We will definitely be back!!!

We always enjoy eating here. The wait staff is always great. Caleb, our waiter, was no exception. Helpful and attentive. Also very personable. Looking forward to next time.

So disappointed in our experience. I took the time to write that it was my husband‘s 50th birthday and our first time in Green Bay Wisconsin. I thought they would at least be decorations at our table and I would be charged for later or the restaurant would’ve emailed me asking what they wanted me to do. The waitress was very inconsistent, Kathy,but extremely nice. Would’ve been nice if she brought out my husbands humongous piece of carrot cake with a birthday candle in it at least .
Food ok. My medium filet was medium well to well.
Extremely disappointed, sad.

Really enjoyed this dining experience. The Chef, Zach, was amazing and visited our table to ensure our steaks were perfectly cooked - which they were! Definitely would recommend this place for excellent food and atmosphere.

For a Saturday night and its proximity to Lambeau Field (away-game weekend or not), I expected the HOF Chophouse to be busier. We arrived early and were seated immediately - which was nice.
Unfortunately, our waitress was NOT worthy of working at a place with these price points. When you order a drink from the bar that the waitress isn't familiar with and instead of asking the bartender if he/she knows how to make it you ask the patron what's in it ... there's a problem. Also, when someone orders their steak medium well and it comes out medium rare - that tells me you weren't listening. She paid no attention to the fact that we were in the middle of conversations when she approached the table. And she took forever to remove plates and glasses that we were done using.
The young lady who actually brought our food was way more personable and friendly and eager to make sure we had everything we needed than our "waitress".
The food was tasty. The décor fitting for a "Hall of Fame" themed restaurant.
It's worth trying at least once.

The food is nothing special! Certainly not worth the prices they charge. If you choose to go here to eat...understand that the prices you are paying is for owners who are clearly charging exhorbitant prices as they try to make a profit off the name of the Green Bay Packers.

Let me start by saying, Brett Farve no longer has an interest in this restaurant. Had I know this, I would not have booked the reservation. To begin, my meal was really bad. I ordered the cut of the day cooked medium rare. When it arrived, it was well done and I could not even chew it. Overall, it was a bad cut of meat. Now I travel often and frequent several so called Chop Houses and I must say, I have never received such a poorly cooked and bad Grade of meat. To top it off, the desert cake, yes cake, we ordered arrives to our table frozen, YES FROZEN! Come on! Lastly, I wanted to purchase several Brett Farve items from their gift shop and I had to interrupt three employees who were standing five feet away at the hostess station to help me spend money. Why? I understand that they are selling off Brett's items as he no longer has an interest in the restaurant, but this is no excuse for poor service. I'm there to spend money, please help me. This type of experience is unacceptable for this level of restaurant and management should stand to attention the correct the problems. I will never return.........

Dinner and service were excellent. Everything from our bone-in ribeye to the chocolate raspberry cappuccino cake was well-prepared and delicious. Our server was very attentive, and paced dinner very well. We are looking forward to our next trip to Green Bay so we can sample more deliciousness. Five stars! Highly recommended.

Service was attentive,especially to the children in the group. Food was ok but nothing special. Major criticism is that it is very overpriced. In an area that has many dining options they will have trouble attracting repeat customers.

Up scale but No soup or salad with the entre...waitresses at other tables around us were showing a platter with the meat selections on the menu available to order but not our waitress.
Apparently they don't do desserts as we weren't ask if we wanted dessert.

Our family was seated in a back room, away from the main part of the restaurant. There was one other party in that room that left halfway through our meal. The restaurant was not crowded so we do not know why we were seated there. The waitress was not accommodating for our son's food preferences - it took a few minutes of questioning her before she offered us the bar menu.

When paying, we were using a gift card. We were told that we did not have enough on the the card since the card required 20% tip. There was enough on the card; we paid with another credit card and the amount was less than our gift card. The service was inattentive and we did not feel welcomed at all. The hostesses were talking to each other when we came in and were not very friendly. We were there years ago when it was still Brett Favre's Steak House and had a much better experience.

On game day (8/10), we tried to purchase tickets for the outdoor tailgate party. We were given one price to pay by the person collecting tickets, yet were told inside that we had to pay a higher amount. We did not purchase tickets and went to another outdoor tailgate party. Very disappointed in our two experiences there last week.

I met a colleague here for a casual business dinner and was pleaesed by the service and food, however, the wine selection was somewhat limitetd becaue they were out of a few of our choices and years, so we went with a lesser vintner and year. The server apologized that it was due to the change from Btrtt Favre's Steak hose to the new establish ment. Will try it again after they have had time to adjust

Ordered steak medium rare, came medium well. Not good for a steak house. Took 15 minutes to redo. Seems to me that if a restaurant is going to be charging premium prices, premium service by experienced servers should be expected. With the lack of premium restaurants in Green Bay, maybe this is the norm. Bar service was GREAT. Restaurant service not so. Food was delicious. Bill did not reflect what we ordered. Had to be corrected.
