Join The Post House as we provide you with an unforgettable evening of fine dining. This six course Canadian inspired menu, created by Executive Chef Dan Sanders & team, is not to be missed. Thoughtfully curated wine pairings will be offered, as well as a non-alcoholic pairing option. You are welcome to come by as early as 5:30 for a cocktail (cocktails are an additional charge), however we ask that you arrive no later than 6:15 as dinner starts promptly at 6:30pm. 6 course tasting menu ~ $150 pp Wine pairing ~ $85 pp Non-alcoholic pairings ~ $70 pp We look forward to seeing you!

This is my fifth foray into dining at Post House, and every one has been very special. It's my go-to place for special celebrations -- challenges the budget but is always worth every penny.

Haliburton post house offers the best food in the area. High quality, unique flavours and combinations as well as a quaint atmosphere serving small groups. I would highly recommend visiting and enjoying their wonderful menu. The chef serves amazing food!! I can’t wait to go back and try their summer menu. If you’re looking for a beautiful view, wonderful attentive staff and Michelin caliber food…you need to come to this restaurant.

All I can say is, that was amazing, outstanding, every bite made us full of joy. The service impeccable, the atmosphere- well, I would love to just move right in. And the prices for the top quality of fine dinning is fantastic. Sundays 1/2 price bottle of wine was a nice surprise too! We absolutely love this place and can’t wait to return. Thank you Haliburton Post House for wowing us once again. Especially the Tartare - better than what we had experienced in Paris France at a Michelin star restaurant. Our favourite restaurant xo

Everything was perfect. The food was amazing and beautifully presented. The bottle of wine recommended by the sommelier was a perfect pairing with each course. The best dining experience in the county

Might very well be the best meal I've had in my entire life!. The service, the presentation, and the culinary expertise!!...Was just about the most outstanding we've ever experienced. BRAVO!!!...How does this place not have a michelin star??? We are already making plans for our return with even more people so they too can experience this outstanding establishment.

This was my third visit. We returned because of the previous experiences, and were not disappointed. Indeed, this was our BEST experience yet. The new menu was absolutely mouthwatering. Each and every bite - from amuse to dessert - was delicious, interesting and beautiful. Which is a good way to think about your visit - you will be sure to taste delicious food, it is sure to push boundaries on what you would expect and the presentation is sure to be eye popping. The service was perfect - attentive and friendly without being intrusive on the meal. Pace of service was also perfect. The setting is relaxed and comfortable The cuisine is truly world class - drawing inspiration from local and foraged products that highlight the best of what's seasonally available, the chef isn't afraid to use all the tools in his box to execute delicious fare. With a restaurant this consistently good, it's tempting to keep the experience private rather than risk having to compete for space in the future - but that would be unfair to everyone, most particularly all those who have clearly worked so hard to make this place special.
