My wife and I have never eaten Indian food, we saw Haldi Chowk featured on Restaurant Hunter and thought we would give it try. I made reservations online for 5:30 on a Saturday evening and the restaurant was empty when we arrived however, the restaurant filled as the night went on. It was relatively quiet until a group came in with uncontrolled children. The waiter was very respectful and asked us what level of spice we wanted for our food. The menu has many choices, vegetarian, lamb, chicken and goat. We chose a vegetable sampler as an appetizer and medium-spiced chicken and vegetarian entrees. Delicious food, abundant portions, (took some home) and wonderful Indian coffee...we'll be back.

Love the food here! We chatted again with the owner Deepak about Indian cuisine. I’m not a big fan of hot spices -I like subtle flavors and they were very accommodating to make sure that the dishes were not hot but so delicious. . This was our fourth visit and we will be back many times and strongly recommend you try it out.
