   We went for Mother's Day and had to wait 25 minutes for our table to be ready, even though we made a reservation. We received no apology for the wait and service was also very slow. We also had to sit at a table that was obviously set up last minute, as the space was super cramped and people could not get through on one side, while there were plenty of open tables in the main dining area. Additionally, we had to have other servers take drink orders as well as take the check. Overall, we were very displeased not only by the service but by the lack of recognition/acknowledgement that there was a problem by the staff. The food, however, was phenomenal, but was unfortunately the experience was ruined. My family and I will not be going back to Local Jones and I will not be recommending this place further.

   Mother's day brunch, so it was incredibly crowded. Everyone was so nice, but they just don't seem fully able to handle large crowds gracefully. It took a long time to be acknowledged at hostess stand, and then a long time to give our order, and then we were never checked in with, or offered more coffee. The staff was super nice, and the food was excellent. I would certainly go back, but not for a busy day.

   We had to wait 4-5 minutes at the hostess station with no one approaching us (though other staff members were around), and then were shown to a two top next to the only other person in the area, who was speaking loudly on the phone. For the next 20 minutes... Then it took quite some time for our server to approach, and after we placed our order, we didn't see our server again until it we were well through our meals. It was not crowded so it is hard to understand why our server was so infrequently front of house. Food was very good, as were our drinks.

   Really enjoyed the Pinkies up Springtime Tea! Expansive assortment of sweet and savory treats, great selection of teas, really cute space. It's quite loud, though and on Sunday there was a DJ.

    Like the food and service, however don’t like being nickel and dimed. A service charge for the use of a credit card, a service charge for the sidewalk…yes, the sidewalk, and a service charge for the kitchen staff.
