   Absolutely shocking!! The menu wasn’t what is shown on here. To say it’s Asian is utterly misleading . None of dishes on here are on the menu. You have QR code MENU and also have to pay and order on there too. This is all whilst there are about 6-8 waiters just standing around , leaning on the bar with their elbows!!! Don’t waste your time or money here

   Very disappointed as closed and had to go to another restaurant without any pre notice.

   30th October 2021 part of a visit to watch Tottenham play Manchester Utd a great meal and a great day, I only wish Spurs could have dished up as good an experience as Hakusha & their staff did ! First Class, Thank you

   Great food but the waiting staff really need some training. They were v nice but not a clue about the menu, how to take an order or how to present a bill. Basic stuff

   Service wasn't great, food good but not hot enough?? And took ages to get bill due to computer breakdown! But did hear alot of people complaining about food and Service at other tables! Which did spoil the occasion

   It seemed The staff had t been given training, the poor girl service g us was so nervous, she didn’t know the menu, she didn’t seem to know what she was doing, it wasn’t her fault, it just seems that she had been thrown in the deep end. Our mains were forgotten and came out lukewarm. The matradee was very helpful.

   Staff poorly trained. No urgency to get food to table before football match started Had no idea about wine
