    The food was excellent but for the price the service needs to be improved. Reaching across in front of one is rude to place something on the table instead of going to the other side. Had to ask for forks twice...person not attentive nor personable.

    I brought international guests to Hakkasan as I believe the ambiance is extraordinary; this is a beautifully designed restaurant. And the service and the food is equally extraordinary. After our waiter Byimajohn warmed up to us, he was very helpful in making menu selections that could be shared by the group, both small plates and entrées. The food was both interesting to look at and delicious to taste. Highly recommend the Fried Prawn Dumplings, the Chicken in Mango Sauce, and the Hakkanoodles. However, everything else was delicious too.

    We used to go in Miami to Hakassan we loved it this time we want to try the New York was terrible. We like to order the duck was greasy not crispy like we used to have in Miami the manager was rude never comeback there again

    The servers are very rude. They seated us at a table that was very windy and cold due to the blast of high air conditioning. The food was overly salty and oily. The duck is excellent. My favorite dish was the vegetarian tofu and eggplant pot.

    Went with my 2 adult daughters for a special birthday. The concierge at our hotel described the restaurant as “upscale and sexy”. I wasn’t sure what that meant until I got there. The atmosphere was just that, sophisticated and classy, w dim lighting. The service was excellent and the food was outstanding. We loved the stir fry mushroom lettuce wrap and the pan seared veggie dumpling. The stir fry jumbo prawns were excellent but the stir fry Chilean sea bass was the winner!!! Highly recommend this restaurant if you’re not concerned about the price.
