About Hakkasan - Fontainebleau Miami Beach
Chinois haute cuisine is meant to be enjoyed and experienced in the proper fashion. Let the fourth floor rooftop enclave of rich textures and hues mesmerize you with waves of exotic dishes. The name "Hakkasan" pays homage to the ‘Hakka’ people from the New Territories of Hong Kong while ‘san’ is the respectful Japanese form of address. This same tradition and respect goes into every menu item and how they are each prepared and presented.
Come in and enjoy our Dim Sum lunch every Saturday and Sunday, 12 - 3 PM. Aficionados will enjoy the traditional and new menu items that take stir fry, soups, congees, vegetables and dumplings to whole new levels.
For parties larger than 6 people, please contact the restaurant.
To complement our wine list, there is a $30 corkage fee (per 750 ML) for two bottles and $70 for any additional bottle (per 750 ML).

Hakkasan - Fontainebleau Miami Beach Ratings and Reviews
Food was good and the server was most attentive guiding us through the menu making suggestions after listening carefully to us. The fusion of Hong Kong and Japan has fascinating opportunities and those opportunities were exploited in the food preparation. Truly a delightful dining experience.
This is a MUST when going to Miami Beach. We found that you can't go wrong with any of the dishes, even if you go out of your comfort zone. Our favorite dishes have been the Dim Sum as an appetizer, entrees of Lemon Chicken and Crispy Beef with a size of Fried Rice. Food is consistently awesome!
The bar appearance is just mesmerizing.
The restaurant motif is enchanting and part of the whole experience.
Staff have proven to be great and very knowledgeable of the menu items. If you are not sure what to order, tell your server what you do like and they will make suggestions.
You will not be sorry you went here for a regular night out, date night or special occasion.
Although I had a reservation for 9, the seating staff didn’t seem to care that we were waiting. One lady in particular kept giving us dirty looks. Not sure why.
The waiter was friendly and the food was good. We were looked after there on after. We enjoyed the experience overall.
This was a really pleasant evening with good food and great service. Our waitress was excellent and did everything to make us feel comfortable and just eat at our own pace ordering dishes as felt ready for them. We would recommend this restaurant for anyone staying at Fontainebleau in particular.
Absolutely amazing! We came for our 35th year wedding anniversary and everything was spectacular. The food was to die for and the service was unmatched. The management really went out of their way to make sure our night was incredibly memorable. The food is worth the trip and is out of this world along with a fantastic wine list and cocktail menu. Environment is cool, intimate, and the DJ had really great taste in music. Very trendy, up-beat, and a must-visit spot for Miami and the Fontainebleau.
