About Hakkasan - Fontainebleau Miami Beach
Chinois haute cuisine is meant to be enjoyed and experienced in the proper fashion. Let the fourth floor rooftop enclave of rich textures and hues mesmerize you with waves of exotic dishes. The name "Hakkasan" pays homage to the ‘Hakka’ people from the New Territories of Hong Kong while ‘san’ is the respectful Japanese form of address. This same tradition and respect goes into every menu item and how they are each prepared and presented.
Come in and enjoy our Dim Sum lunch every Saturday and Sunday, 12 - 3 PM. Aficionados will enjoy the traditional and new menu items that take stir fry, soups, congees, vegetables and dumplings to whole new levels.
For parties larger than 6 people, please contact the restaurant.
To complement our wine list, there is a $30 corkage fee (per 750 ML) for two bottles and $70 for any additional bottle (per 750 ML).

Hakkasan - Fontainebleau Miami Beach Ratings and Reviews
Knowing this place had great reviews, we didn't mind having a pricy date night while visiting Miami Beach but oh boy was the food a disappointment. Most dishes are small to medium sized but priced as entrees or more and all the sides were a la carte. We tried the dim sum platter because many review recommended them but I didn't find any of them particularly good. We also got small portions of beef and chicken but there were nothing special about them. We've both had better food at regular cheap restaurants. Service was good, but again not exceptional as you would expect from a high end restaurant like that. Overall, not worth the money. One thing I can say is that the cocktails were really good and the space is beautiful.
The Service was exceptionally great, with the Gentleman taking our order paying very close attention to our food alkergies
The food was excellent, the restaurant is extremely quiet, good value. My only criticism would be they don’t serve Coca-Cola, only Pepsi
Excellent in every way possible, from the food which is just delicious, and the service. Consistency in all areas prevails at theMiami Beach location. You will be amazed at the preparation and flavor of the dishes. i recommend the tasting menu to try all the styles and variety of dishes, You will walk away and remember that experience for a long time to come.
Everything at the restaurant was great, once we got there. The restaurant is buried deep within this humongous hotel with no apparent signage in the main lobby. Two employees I asked separately had no idea where it was. One sent me from the main entrance to the next building, which was a very long walk. A security guard I asked first sent me up the elevator for the rooms. When I came back to him, it turns out he really had no idea where it was. It wasn't until after I went down the opposite side of the building that I found the first sign. Got to dinner not just hungry and late, but angry.
Tried out Hakkasan for Miami Spice....ordered extra items & shared it all. Very good flavors, not the fake Asian flavors that you usually find that's just all ginger!! And, Good quality ingredients! My girlfriends & I had a great time!! Loved the private rooms!!
Always a great dining experience, the only remark is that after being seated upon my arrival I received an email from OpenTable indicating that I had not shown up. I mentioned to the floor manager that he would take care of it but not sure if I got a no show status or not.
