The absolute best! I am a huge fan of dim sum and had been looking for an upscale dim sum restaurant. I found it in Hakkasan. Even my husband who is not the biggest fan of dim sum was blown away. I had the dim sum platter (which is as beautiful as it is delicious), the Udon noodles, and the chicken foie gras dumplings. My husband had a beef dish that he said was amazing and very tender, along with a glass of Japanese whiskey which he enjoyed. Everything was SO GOOD. Our waiter, Steven, was attentive, friendly, and made great suggestions. In fact, the whole staff was welcoming and accommodating. The restaurant is stunning. It has intricate carved wooden privacy dividers and strategic lighting throughout the restaurant giving sexy maze vibes. It is one of the most beautiful restaurants in Miami. We plan to return for the dim sum brunch on Sundays!

First time here, definitely not the last. The food, ambience and service were wonderful. Come with an appetite, portions are plentiful. Would have preferred to be able to modify some items to not include egg but there were enough options that did not have egg. First time trying dim sum, it was super favorable. A must try. I was looking forward to ordering the duck and am happy to say it did not dissapoint. Will definitely be back for that.

Great dim sum but early in our service, a server dropped a dish of red sauce on the table. The dish cracked with ceramic shards and red sauce going all over my guest. Accidents do happen — I get it. But this team awkwardly tried to clean the table and my guest with no profound recognition or apology. A manager did not stop by until 20 minutes later and then only offered to pay for dry cleaning. The three of us received a check for $450 with no accommodation for the incident. It was all handled very poorly and ruined an otherwise satisfactory dining experience.

From the moment you walked off the elevator you are met with hospitality ! This restaurant is amazing! It was our 35th anniversary and we were greeted with a card and Happy anniversary. Our waiter Ken (rockstar)was incredible! We asked for his suggestions and after a quick few questions he started us out with a crispy duck micro green salad…. Yum! Perfectly dressed! Then followed by the Dim sum platter… oh my those fresh made dumplings and fillings were so delicious and delightful. We chose the Szechuan chicken and noodles. This was so much better than we’ve had before. The meal didn’t stop there we had mint tea and then was surprised by this beautiful dessert called Mumbai sphere where Ken pours a sauce on top of a chocolate covered glass to reveal a beautiful raspberry musical hits your taste buds!! Yum! To say this made for a most memorable and special experience for my husband and I is an understatement!! At the end we had the pleasure to speak with Fahad the manager and he was very delightful! We know why the restaurant is so awesome! Our plate was cold, which tells you food is previously frozen and not fresh. No manager came to check what had happened with our food. Even though the plate was credited on our check, that was not going to change our opinion on the restaurant. Bathroom had a marijuana smell which we advised the waiter. Will not be going back to this restaurant again.

Went to have dinner for a friends birthday Miami spice coursing was perfect. We did get a little bit late but with the accommodated, great service very quiet and intimate food was delicious and drinks were perfect. Overall experience 10 out of 10 definitely coming back.

We had a fantastic Miami Spice dinner at Hakkasan. Our waiter, Stafford, was amazing, knowledgeable, personable. The dim sum appetizer and the shrimp appetizers were great. We especially loved the yuzu smores and mandarin vanilla desserts. Just a great meal

Whenever we are in South Florida, we always pay a visit to Hakkasan! The wine list and food are both amazing. And it is one of the very few places that actually makes their own Dim Sum. But in addition to the food and wine, the service and the ambience elevate the experience to perfection. We got Ken as our server this time, and in spite of a very busy restaurant and many tables, he still found the time to frequently talk to us and answer all of our questions without ever being rushed or flustered. We were amazed by his professionalism! Jeff, the server assistant, was also a jovial fellow and fun to talk to about his days in Haiti and his efforts to live the American Dream by one day becoming a fire fighter. Keep working hard, Jeff, and your dreams will come true!... The electronic music on an absolutely pristine sound system gradually progressed from down tempo to up tempo over the course of our meal, as if a live DJ was in the house. So cool. Overall, it is definitely one of our favorite restaurants anywhere and highly recommended!

The best dining experience I’ve had in a while! My husband and I went for our anniversary, which luckily falls during Miami Spice. Hakkasan went above and beyond since we mentioned on our Open Table reservation that it was our anniversary. They greeted us with a card and champagne on the house, and decorated our dessert plating with “happy anniversary” written in chocolate. The atmosphere was beautiful and so well-done, right down to the menus. Our waiter was so nice, and the food was absolutely amazing. We couldn’t have asked for a better anniversary dinner.

We come to the Fountainebleau annually sometimes 2-3 times a year! But this was our first time coming to Hakkasan! I would not come back. The food was bland. I asked for the most popular drink, our server couldn’t really tell me! Also after we ordered our server never came to check back on us. Which explains gratuity os already added so why put in effort I guess! Honestly I thought Chinese take out is way better. For two people small plate style with two drinks over 300 dollars. I could’ve have went to Nobu and had amazing food and cocktails with better service!

Having been here year after year I’ve seen this year the level of service has deteriorated dramatically. Professional doting and concern for guest has waned tremendously. The staff for the most part presented aloof and unconcerned. Sad. The meal as always is excellent but as we know if the service is lacking, the experience remembered will be also.
