About Hakkasan - Fontainebleau Miami Beach
Chinois haute cuisine is meant to be enjoyed and experienced in the proper fashion. Let the fourth floor rooftop enclave of rich textures and hues mesmerize you with waves of exotic dishes. The name "Hakkasan" pays homage to the ‘Hakka’ people from the New Territories of Hong Kong while ‘san’ is the respectful Japanese form of address. This same tradition and respect goes into every menu item and how they are each prepared and presented.
Come in and enjoy our Dim Sum lunch every Saturday and Sunday, 12 - 3 PM. Aficionados will enjoy the traditional and new menu items that take stir fry, soups, congees, vegetables and dumplings to whole new levels.

Hakkasan - Fontainebleau Miami Beach Ratings and Reviews
Excellent Experience from the moment you walk in until the moment you leave. One of the greatest selections of grower-producer champagne's in any restaurant in Miami: Jacquesson, Paul Bara, Mousse et Fils to name a few. Servers are very knowledgeable and the staff is focused on giving you an excellent dining experience. Beverage director and manager stopped by our table to check up on us and it was much appreciated. As a local I highly recommend this as a spot for a special occasion (it is pricey, but good value).
Delicious, fine dining Asian cuisine; we were here to celebrate a birthday and the restaurant did a fabulous job making it memorable. When we were seated at our table, there was a birthday card from the restaurant, and they brought out two special, personalized desserts at the end of the meal. Our meal itself was delicious; we had the Peking duck which was beautifully presented to the table before being taken away to be carved, truffle beef fried rice, prawns and jasmine tea infused ribs. The drinks were fantastic and the service was outstanding, the perfect blend of attentiveness but not being rushed. Fun, festive setting, great people watching and an exciting dining experience makes this restaurant a must-visit when you are next in Miami. They exceeded our expectations and made the birthday celebration one to remember.
A wonderful experience when we celebrated our anniversary at this restaurant. Delicious meal with very attentive service. Manager stopped by our table to make sure we were happy with everything. I had indicated that it was our anniversary when I made the reservation on open table. They actually read the note and sent over a dessert on a decorated plate. We also ordered the mango mousse dessert on the waitress’ recommendation.. it was amazing !
We love Hakkasan and will continue to dine there. However, our server was extremely slow. It took 25 minutes for him to take our cocktail order and on the same note, it took over 20 minutes for us to get our check after asking for it. This is too good a restaurant to have bad service.
I really looked forward to the dim sum that they offered during weekend’s morning, and I was amazed on how they’re able to create such memorable dim sum dishes into something new. I enjoyed it especially the fried pork buns as they were able to make the bun seem like a western bread where its crust had been cut out. Thinking about that one bite of the crispy bun and sweet pork inside gets me craving for more. The service was very professional. The setting and atmosphere of the restaurant is really nice as it brings modernity with Chinese aesthetics similar to their unique dim sum.
The prices are insane. Everything is a la carte. Even a small scoop of white rice with a main course is $6 per person. The portions are so ridiculously small that when the waiter put down our plates I thought it was a complimentary appetizer. I didn't know it was the main course.
They charged us $7 for a pot of black tea. Our bill for 3 people with main courses only and one pot of tea was $165.86. Insane for an Asian restaurant. Parking was $25 because there is so self park only valet. A validation got us $10 off. Big deal!
