About Hakkasan - Fontainebleau Miami Beach
Chinois haute cuisine is meant to be enjoyed and experienced in the proper fashion. Let the fourth floor rooftop enclave of rich textures and hues mesmerize you with waves of exotic dishes. The name "Hakkasan" pays homage to the ‘Hakka’ people from the New Territories of Hong Kong while ‘san’ is the respectful Japanese form of address. This same tradition and respect goes into every menu item and how they are each prepared and presented.
Come in and enjoy our Dim Sum lunch every Saturday and Sunday, 12 - 3 PM. Aficionados will enjoy the traditional and new menu items that take stir fry, soups, congees, vegetables and dumplings to whole new levels.
For parties larger than 6 people, please contact the restaurant.
To complement our wine list, there is a $30 corkage fee (per 750 ML) for two bottles and $70 for any additional bottle (per 750 ML).

Hakkasan - Fontainebleau Miami Beach Ratings and Reviews
Have made dinner reservations now every year I go to Miami (even did Las Vegas when I was there) since 2011.
Chic, fun atmosphere - outstanding service, delicious food...bar atmosphere also chic. Great cocktails....
Also great bonus top be inside a hotel like Fontainebleau!
This was our first time at Hakkasan. We were there to celebrate our daughter's birthday. Our female server was so stern, cold, and unfriendly it was almost comical but frankly we didn't care since we were there for the food. And the food was delicious but the proportions were small especially for the price. Our server claimed there would be enough food to share but fortunately we didn't listen to her and ordered 2 Black Pepper Beef, 1 Crispy Szechuan Beef, 1 Crispy Chicken with Orange Sauce, and 2 orders of Spring Onion and Egg-Fried Rice. Only the chicken and rice were enough for 2 people to share. If we didn't each order what we did, there would not have been enough food for 4 adults. And yes we started with appetizers and ended with the delicious lava cake. As I said the food was excellent but there needed to be more of it especially for the $400 plus price tag. The other issue were the plates of all things. Our dinner plates were the same size as the small appetizer plates. As a result, rice etc kept spilling onto the table which they promptly wiped up. It's ridiculous that a fine restaurant such as Hakkasan needs to purchase a set of dinner plates.
Was the second time we have been to Hakkasan. Again it was amazing food. We went for the tradional Peking Duck. Outstanding quality. Definitely comparable to the ones we tasted in Bejing. We also had a few starters to share which were also amazing. The outstanding food combined with a really cool atmosphere makes this place a must for peope who enjoy creative chinese food.
Only thing is that courses came really fast. For us being used to longer European dinners it was a bit of a shame to be done so quickly.
Would definitely go back.

Since dinning in Hakkasan from New York City, Las Vegas to Miami we have been generally very well satisfied with quality of food consistency in presentation and flavor, and service. We love that Miami location serves the full Peking duck in traditional style which is a favorite for myself and my husband.
The food is outrageously priced. The drinks are worse. The food is bland and overcooked. One of our four dishes was good. We were expecting a lovely meal to celebrate a special occasion. We left feeling like we paid an insane bill for a mediocre dinner. There are better choices in South Beach. Go elsewhere.
Restaurant was very good. However getting to it from valet through lobby was disgusting. The Hotel has deteriorated into a crowd of tourists who hang out in bathing suits on a Saturday night. Parking took 30 minutes to have valet take my car. Food was great but they should find a better location
As wonderful as the food and service is at this fine restaurant, the hotel valet parking is a nightmare (and why I can't give it a 5 overall) -- 45 minutes to get our car, and our experience was typical of the delay suffered by others. We will NEVER come with our own car again....
The parking situation almost makes this restaurant not worth going to. This is a tough review to write. The food was great as was the service. The ambiance was a bit tired. We were seated by a window which would have had a great view of the ocean, but for some unknown reason, instead of installing glass or other see through structure around the outside deck, they have low solid walls.
The biggest problem was the parking. The valet is incredibly slow, confusing and expensive. We had to wait 20 minutes for our car after dinner was over. It really put a damper on the evening.
