As always, the food was great - veggie based plus protein based dim sum (mix the hot dipping sauce with the hoisin duck sauce = wonderful dipping sauce). We've had their superb Peking Duck before so we wanted to try something different. We opted for their abalone - very $, but abalone is always $. This came as a whole abalone in a wonderful "meaty" broth and a superbly steamed & carved bok choi (probably the best cooked bok choi we have ever had). The mollusk was incredibly tender and so flavorful - the more you chewed it, the more layers of flavors evolved.
Good options for vegetarians!
Muy buena en general
It was amazing!!! Our waiter was fabulous , the food was excellent, and the atmosphere very cool!
Best restaurant in Miami Beach! It’s always a pleasure to come back here every time I am in Miami.
love, the food was perfect and the place and well legal .... earned
Very expensive for food that is just a bit above average. We also felt a rushed as the food arrived only a few minutes after ordering.
I’m a huge foodie have been to Italy three times I’ve been trained by a Michelin chef and have the highest of standards and found this to be in my top five meals ever best Asian food quality seafood excellent service great ambience we were there for the Chinese lunar new year and got to put a fortune on the wall excellent excellent evening
Still one of the Best restaurants in Miami
The restaurant is over the top loud so dont go expecting a quite atmosphere. We were out looking for a scene so it was perfect for this particular night. The food was delicious however the “prawns” are just the same tiger shrimp you get at publix for $7.99 a pound. I pointed this out to my wife and the waiter suddenly apeared in front of me flipping out; apparently he somehow heard me and was incredibly upset that I called the “prawns” just regular florida shrimp. He felt he had to justify that they are prawns, their size, and that I was wrong. This is a real turn off at any restaurant let alone one were rice, shrimp and chicken with snap peas is $120.
The service, food and ambiance were great. A little pricey.
Food was very good, especially the dim sum. However for the price, it was far from exceptional. I would probably pass next time and find a better value Chinese restaurant.
Tofu claypot and duck salad are my favorite ............
Steamed snapper and sea bass were a bit flavorless. Baby bok choy and vegetarian dim sum were excellent. Hot sauce wasn't very hot
We had a great service
Poor pre-admin ie I emailed in advance but they did not reply also didnt feel warmly greeted on entering but waiter was good as was service
good...caviar peking duck looks different here tho
Our problem with the Restaurant is the noise level. It was to loud and because of this noise level we will not be able to dine at this Restaurant again. We hated all the noise. We adore the food and the cocktails.
Food is always awesome!
Food was good and the server was most attentive guiding us through the menu making suggestions after listening carefully to us. The fusion of Hong Kong and Japan has fascinating opportunities and those opportunities were exploited in the food preparation. Truly a delightful dining experience.
It was our first time at Hakkasan. The food was amazing!!! Antoine our server was very attentive. It was a wonderful birthday dinner. We can't wait to go back.
Excellent meal and very accommodating staff. Rooms are somewhat chopped up so not a lot of view but great if you want intimacy
HIGH QUALITY BUT EXPENSIVE
We live in Miami Beach and our last visit was fine. The food quality has dropped considerably. PF Chang has Chinese food that tastes better at 1/3 the price.
Excellent unusual food. Elegant atmosphere. Get the duck salad and the crispy fried beef on pancakes.
Food was great (as always). Clean, vibrant vibe in the restaurant. My only compliant was that the service was very quick - almost too quick. If you want to linger a bit over your food - this is not the place. Service was very friendly and with a smile.
Peking Duck good. Everything else fair. Fountainbleu service itself poor.
This is a MUST when going to Miami Beach. We found that you can't go wrong with any of the dishes, even if you go out of your comfort zone. Our favorite dishes have been the Dim Sum as an appetizer, entrees of Lemon Chicken and Crispy Beef with a size of Fried Rice. Food is consistently awesome!
The bar appearance is just mesmerizing.
The restaurant motif is enchanting and part of the whole experience.
Staff have proven to be great and very knowledgeable of the menu items. If you are not sure what to order, tell your server what you do like and they will make suggestions.
You will not be sorry you went here for a regular night out, date night or special occasion.
Although I had a reservation for 9, the seating staff didn’t seem to care that we were waiting. One lady in particular kept giving us dirty looks. Not sure why.
The waiter was friendly and the food was good. We were looked after there on after. We enjoyed the experience overall.
