◆ The three main points of "Motsunabe Koganeya" are "soy sauce, dashi, and motsu."
・ The soy sauce is from a soy sauce brewery founded in the Meiji era in Kumamoto Prefecture.
・ Dashi is made from bonito flakes made from bonito landed in Makurazaki, Kagoshima Prefecture, and high-grade kelp from Rausu, Hokkaido
・ Use only high quality domestic beef intestines.
With these commitments, an excellent hot pot of a golden shop is created.

京王井の頭線渋谷駅からすぐ。お値段相応という感じのお料理でした。お酒はほとんど飲まず、食事中心で一人5000円ぐらい。

仲の良い得意先の接待で利用させていただきました。半個室の席に案内していただきましたので、周りのお客様との距離は保たれているので安心して利用できました。スタッフもマスク着用で従事されていたので、安心でした。ですが、スタッフ数は少し足りない(コロナ禍なので仕方がないと思いますが)ので料理提供などに少し時間が掛かってしまっていた印象です。料理はモツ鍋を醤油と味噌と2種類いただきましたが、美味しかったです。生のモツ(予め火を通していない)なので丁度いいプリプリのタイミングで食べれるので美味しかったです。その他メニューも普通に美味しかったです。
