   Love this place. Everything was great. I was with a group of six and we ordered almost everything on the menu and all was great. I do wish they would have paced it a bit better. At one point they brought six things at once. But I would still highly recommend.

   We enjoyed our first visit to Hai Sous this evening and it will not be our last. Members of our group shared the fried calamari, grilled eggplant, pork patties, Emperor's rice noodles and chopped clams. Each dish offered a variety of flavors and cannot recommend the Emperor's rice noodles enough! Dessert was equally wonderful with us sharing the rice pudding and the cream puff. Service was friendly and informative. The space is beautiful.

   One of the best restaurants in the city, flavors are always INCREDIBLE and Chef is so kind. Don’t miss the whole fluke or eggplant.

   A group of friends and I came to HaiSous because Chef Thai Dang received a second James Beard nomination and we were intrigued by the idea of an elevated Vietnamese dining experience. Hai Sous and Chef Dang did not disappoint. The service was excellent, our server was extremely patient with all of our questions, and the dishes that we tried were delicious and innovative. I had the Chef’s Grand Tasting menu (which changes seasonally and thematically) and wine pairing—everything was delicious and perfectly paired! I will say that the menu online may not precisely match what is actually available, so come with a flexible attitude. Nevertheless, we loved all the dishes we tried (definitely get the wings, amazing, and be sure to try several desserts) and came away feeling very satisfied and as if we had taken a personal tour of haute Vietnamese cuisine! There are so many other wonderful dishes we wanted to try, but couldn’t, so I am sure we will all return! Thank you Chef Dang and all the HaiSous staff!

   Visited this restaurant to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. I needed the restaurant I chose to be special in every way and HaiSous did just that. From being greeted at the door to the servers at the table, the chef's in the kitchen and even getting to say hi to the owner, every moment was perfect. While they did not know it was our anniversary they treated us like they knew. Food & staff 5 stars !! To the owner, congratulations you did it.

   Food was delicious. Ordered a variety of things, and everything was on point. One of the best meals of the trip.
