    Beautiful space and appointments. Music level was a little loud for our earlier dining time when it was less busy. Service was deft and unobtrusive, drinks well curated, and menu offered a focused list of offerings with any choices to appeal to different tastes. Not inexpensive, but worth it for a special occasion-appreciated the good quality complementary champagne for our wedding anniversary. Convenient to all of NWA off I-49, north of Fayetteville.

    My fiancé and I have been going to HFWM for their brunch service for a long time and have loved it, but we think their dinner service was even better! The flavors of the items were fantastic. Highly recommend the Filipino Adobo Golden Chicken and the Gnudi from the Shared section in the menu. The service was stellar. Between every meal, the staff was changing our cutlery. We felt a lot of care was put into the service. Will be returning again.

    Brunch was wonderful. I had the Autumn Harvest latter and Miss Biscuit. The biscuit was kind of salty but very delicious. It was a pleasant atmosphere and not too loud to chat. Our server was very efficient and helpful. Great time!

    Michael Logan provided outstanding service to me since the other two members of my party had last minute family issues. The food was fantastic. The pork appetizer is one of my favorites as well as the Filipino Chicken! Yum! Thank you to everyone at HAIL FELLOW WELL MET!

    Server was nice and informed. Coffee was luke warm and only the last cup was hot. The food came out very slow. We waited almost an hour for it. It was very good though. While it’s nice they provide insurance to their employees, it was a bit surprising to see it as part of our bill as a separate charge without any prior information given to the customer. What if we weren’t willing to pay it? Why not just up the food price 10%?

    The place was beautiful and we had great service. The food for the price was not so great. The food was presented beautifully. The food wasn't the best but you sure paid for excellent food wooth prices. You also get multiples taxes as well as pay for employee benefits. We ordered alcohol but had state tax AND additional state tax and the customers must pay for employee benefits instead of the restaurant. Then you're expected to tip on top of all that. We spent and extra $20 on taxes and employee benefits. It's insane. Not sure it's fit for us.

    We've been here a few times now, and this was by far our best experience! Our family came for Sunday Brunch and I had the Taking Back Sunday chicken sandwich. Oh my goodness...I have no words for how amazing it was. I shared it with my hubby, but next time, I'm ordering a full one for myself! We each loved what we ordered and the service was brilliant as always. I'm glad this little gem is so close to home.

    HFWM is a gem. The service is thoughtful and attentive. The food is surprising, intriguing, and delicious. Drink selections are abundant without being overwhelming. I have only been a handful of times, and whether it's for brunch or happy hour or dinner the experience has been lovely.

    Absolutely Gorgeous and Classy! A Relaxing and inviting experience for all the senses from the decor, the staff and the exquisite and beautiful dishes are unlike any other. So much thought and love goes in to making this vibe just right! The counter service options are also always fresh and tasty and addictive. Once your here, you can't wait till you get to come back. Every single staff member is top notch and it shows! Great job to all of you! Keep up the great work.

    My wife and I were able to get a last-minute reservation in place for Saturday dinner. The food, the service and the ambiance were absolutely incredible. Make sure to add Hail Fellow Well Met to your list, you won't be disappointed.

    The total experience was phenomenal! I am glad that I knew to make reservations a week and a half in advance. I’ve been wanting to go here for a long time, so I’m glad I knew I needed to make reservations. First of all parking was easy, our table was ready immediately, and the ambience is so fresh and calming. Logan, our server, lead us through the whole experience. The Caesar salad presentation was fun and informative. Every ingredient was impressive, especially the truffle that Logan grated on top. The Salmon was cooked so perfectly that it literally melted in my mouth! I sincerely think it was the best salmon that I’ve ever had. The other three people at the table had the steak and ate every last bite. Chef Drew, who had prepared the salmon and the steak before passing it off to Chef Tyler to complete the whole presentation, came by our table to greet us and asked us if we were enjoying our meal. The wine and dessert and the overall atmosphere topped it off to perfection. Thank you, Hail Fellow Well Met for a perfect birthday dinner.

    I think the ambiance of the place was very nice. Their "not french toast" was plated nicely, but overall it was very basic. Same with the verdent chicken. I thought the lattes were nice and creative, I chose the Azure latte and enjoyed it.

    This was my first visit. The menu looked interesting at first, but not outstanding. Once the waiter described the dishes, the menu took on a whole new meaning. Everything we ate and drink was absolutely incredible. I can’t wait to visit again!

    My husband and I dined here while on a trip from out of state. It was odd to have made a 12:15pm reservation and then not have been seated until 12:30pm or so, even with empty seating in sight. Additionally, service seemed slow overall. We didn’t have food at our table until after 1:15pm. We sat for over ten minutes after finishing our food until we were asked about the check. It is a beautiful restaurant- a haven for content creation. Fabulous design and aesthetic. Great wine selection. We were there during brunch hours. The brunch menu seemed very meat heavy and somewhat non-traditional for brunch.

    We had a delightful time celebrating Father’s Day. Our waitress was nice & our food was delicious…but the service was very slow. We were surprised when we got the bill that we were not credited the $60 charged when making the reservation. We were told the manager would take care of that. We are still waiting for that to be credited to our Discover card. We were also not prepared for an added charge for employee benefits.

    Hail fellow has been one of my favorite brunch places in NWA. Despite making a reservation with the specification that it was for a birthday, we had horrible service. We had a 30+ minute wait because “someone snuck into our table” and then they placed us outside in the rain and did not wipe our patio table. We received no real compensation and they took 30+ minutes before bringing out our drinks. We had to ask for a towel for the rain water and recheck on our drinks while watching people seated after us be served. Our original server provided us with water and utensils without saying a word. The food was excellent but the service was poor. Very disappointed

    Hail Fellow Well Met always gives me a peaceful feeling. Love the decor, friendly employees, great drinks and food….perfect ambiance! We had brunch and enjoyed the avocado toast and “simple” breakfast. The spring latte with lavender and orange zest is one of my favorites!

    Excellent food. This being our first visit, our server guided us in our meal selection. Just excellent from drink, meal to dessert. A must try us the Waygu beef cheek. We will definitely be back!

    I didn’t even want to give it one star. I made the reservations a month in advance had to pay $15 deposit per person. They knew they were running out of food at 10 and my reservations were at 1:45 PM and didn’t even try to contact me in anyway. I was driving over an hour away I am from out of town actually Colorado there for my daughter’s graduation and Mother’s Day and had the worst experience ever. Showed up no food manager came to our table did nothing for us admitted it was their fault, but didn’t bother to offer anything. I will never go back again, and I will let people know to deliberately avoid this restaurant.

    Went there in Mother’s Day and had a 10:30 reservation. We didn’t get our food for over an hour and a half. Food was not served hot. Service was awesome and as frustrated as we were.

    Food was good but I am still not sure if this place is worth 1.putting deposit - 2.wait 50-1hr to get food - 3. Super small portion food. I saw one couple getting kicked out because they didn’t have a reservation— there was 3 tables that was empty. Anyways I would go back for the coffee but I am not sure about the food. Staff members were really nice and professional and they put sign that they are short staffed and stuff. But still… is it worth it?

    We were so excited to try the food and enjoy Onyx coffee but we’re disappointed to be left unattended multiple times. After waiting for the host to acknowledge us and be seated, despite having a reservation, we then waited 30 minutes before we had to get up and find a server to come to our table. They did not seem to have sections for their servers so it appeared disorganized and we were easily forgotten about. Hopefully with a better system and better service, we would try Hail Fellow Well Met again.

    Me and my parents came here for the first time for brunch and the restaurant was beautiful. Loved the vibe and their coffee menu was amazing! Service was a bit slow but think it was slightly understaffed. I ordered the Sunchoke Poutine and it was wonderful, had a bit of kick to it which I didn’t expect but loved!
