    Teeter House was the first restaurant I fell in love with after first moving to PHX- so glad Chef Nobuo has continued his legacy with Hai Noon. Drinks were amazing (GOMO margarita!!). Food was amazing (grapefruit spoon is best bite in town).

    Chef Nobuo and the entire team at Hai Noon are the greatest. Easily the best and most unique restaurant we have in PHX. Every dish is beyond delicious and always perfectly executed. The cocktails are also on another level. Each one is unique and delicious. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough!

    This was our first visit but not our last. Everything was excellent…food, service, atmosphere and lack of noise. Highly recommend this restaurant!

    Truly a gem for non-sushi Japanese food, infusing some non-Japanese ingredients (like curry and queso fresco) to make a truly delicious meal. 4 of us went and we ordered just about the entire menu. The highlights were the mushrooms en papillote, any of the spoons (ceviche, oysters, etc) and the special of pork belly on rice. Chef Nobuo has done it again with another wonderful restaurant.

    The food here is amazing. The way he combines Asian flavors with French techniques is awesome. This is seriously our favorite restaurant in Arizona.

    Amazing food and cocktails. We don’t tend to repeat restaurants but we will definitely come back here. I love the idea of Japanese small plates, we got to sample a lot.
