   Four of us shared the same opinion,not the first time there but last time was a month ago. Besides the service . Food and drinks were at best mediocre . Beets were bitter, tiny clams with a piece of bread in there to fill up the plate Bruschetta and bread were delicious. Pasta had no taste . Service was great and tried their best to compensate . This restaurant was our designated one . Hopefully that was a fluke .

   Our new favorite spot. Food is great. Service is great. Sitting at the chefs counter is a great experience. Love this place. Will keep going back. Ryan the GM is very the coolest and very professional. Everyone that works here clearly enjoy their jobs. Happy to have this gem so close to where we live.

   Our server was able to recommend cocktails for all our tastes. The pasta was delicious and there were a good variety of sides. I would eat here again.

   We loved our dinner at Haerfest- we ordered a number of appetizers, all were wonderful- Coffee charred beets, beef tartare with an herby mayo and unleavened homemade cracker, snap peas with mint/lemon/pea vines, oysters on the half shell - then we shared a main, a bolognese which was divine. Service was excellent, the noise level was low so we could talk and enjoy the ambiance. Great meal!

   They created a nice setting with good ambiance. However, the flavor profile of the food wasn’t cohesive and the quality was poor. Stale bread, overcooked pasta and no flavor. They just boiled mushrooms w/seasoning and threw in spinach that left an unappetizing watery butter sauce. They added mint in an attempt to lighten the pasta, but it didn’t create a cohesive flavor profile.

   We had the most amazing birthday dinner there - the staff was wonderful and helped us celebrate properly!

   Outstanding!!! We had a blast. We tried new items on the menu. Which were succulent, Mesmerizing. The whole crew were on point. Outstanding performance. Even though they were packed. They did such an amazing job. We are so glad to have found this lovely welcoming and wonderful place. We thank the GM for always treating us like family! We feel like part of it already!    The carrots appetizer was terrific. The meat dish we got was so salty it made your mouth pucker, and we thought the mushroom pasta was kinda tasteless. But the cocktail I had was great, the service was terrific, and the ambiance was nice.

    Cannot say enough wonderful things about Haerfest, from the delish pastas, to the best martini I’ve ever had, to the entire staff making us feel welcomed and ready to have us feast. If you haven’t had the opportunity to go yet, you’re missing out on the best new restaurant in Seattle. What a gem! And a 10 o’clock reservation in this city?!? 10/10. Will absolutely be back
