   For all those mainstream people that go to the big restaurants in the top 10 list - let me tell you now , you are in for a big big surprise in Hacintto. Not only is it led by 3 women in a man’s world , the chefs acute palate diverse and rich , is not to be played with . A small menu in an out of the box location is SMAs best kept secret . I will forever sit at this restaurant and enjoy the myriad of original flavors . Please order the vegetables as an entree ! Absolutely scrumptious!

   La experiencia en general es muy buena, el menú va de acuerdo al tipo de concepto del lugar que es Cantina Contemporánea , el servicio de principio a fin es excelente ya sea por parte de su sommelier como por parte de los meseros bar tenders y el resto del personal. Ordene verduras rostizadas las cuales estaban sazonadas deliciosamente y acompañadas con una focaccia deliciosa y tacos de pato qué también fueron muy ricos y por su puesto acompañado de una copa de vino recomendación de la sommelier El menú en general esta bastante bueno para compartir y si van con pareja o amigos les sugiero pedir lo que se les antoje al centro e ir probando de todo... Sin duda un imperdible nuevo en la ciudad, 100% recomendado

   Interesting restaurant, I would call it a small plates restaurant. There are only 8 items on the menu. We ordered 3 items for the 2 of us. But there is nothing else to order no sides, no salad. There are 2 desert items. Food was well cooked and staff was great but know what the concept is before you go.

   Chef Regina is brilliant. This is worthy of a Michelin star. The staff is incredibly attentive and delightful . Best restaurant in SMA !

   This is the most amazing new restaurant in San Miguel de Allende. We both had the roasted vegetables, and it was one of the most inventive dishes I've ever had. I highly recommend this restaurant.

   This is one of the finest restaurants in San Miguel and beyond that, one of the best in other places of the world. Chef is brilliant and staff superb.

   Creatively prepared and presented food. The service was lovely. The menu is limited but the meal was a treat.
