   El servicio y comida fueron excelentes. Llevamos niños y éstos se divirtieron con el mago mientras que los adultos disfrutamos la música de mariachi.

   If you are staying at the Krystal you can’t use open table for reservations. We were turned around and told we needed a coupon from the hotel even though it was nearly empty. We had all inclusive and this is part of the hotel, the bracelet and reservation is all we needed at every other restraurant....not sure how the food or service was because we weren’t going to waste another 10 minutes walking back and forth for food and a coupon when there were many places at the resort that I could reserve on the walk back. They certainly need to stop accepting open table reservations if they do not actually accept them, pretty inconvienent.

   I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant for the great beautiful building with amazing food, authentic mariachi music. I am definitely coming back in a few months to enjoy a great evening on date or with family. The food is amazing and I would not change anything

   The food was amazing . The margaritas are amazing and a great and very strong. Service is fast, polite and cordial. Our sever Alberto made us feel like kings and queens. You have to try this restaurant if you visit Cancun. Great for special occasions.

   Was excited to try this with our hotel stay at Krystal Cancun. I'm sure the restaurant does not deserve one star, but unfortunately when we arrived and showed our reservation booked from Open Table, they said they did not know what it was and would not honor our reservation, so we were not allowed to eat at the restaurant. Very disappointed.

   Frankly this was our most disappointing meal out of about 14 we had when we were in Cancun. We were motivated to book this place because of reviews, ignoring some of the worse reviews that actually turned out to be pretty accurate. While we were hoping for a very authentic Mexican experience from drinks, cuisine, etc. the most authentic thing was the mariachi playing. While my friends were not enthused due to how loud it was and playing at each table, I enjoyed them. The meal started off poorly as we opted for the large margaritas that we saw at multiple tables and they were the worst margaritas all three of us had in Cancun and possibly ever, extremely sweet but somehow lacking flavor and could not taste any alcohol (had to ask for more tequila just to dilute the drinks and make them drinkable). Had the guacamole (forgettable) and cheese chicharrones (not bad) for appetizers but the chips used were almost inedible. We went with the enchiladas (recommended) and a fish special for entrees and these were all nothing special, none of us finishing our meals. By the end of the meal the only thing I was looking forward to was one of the flame coffee drinks, but the check was dropped before we could even get one. If you are looking for an authentic Mexican meal/experience, do not go here.

   We were in Mexico for the holidays, and we took our parents here for their wedding anniversary. A great experience with a live mariachi band that went table to table getting song requests or singing a song in Spanish based on the occasion you were celebrating. We enjoyed the food thoroughly, ordered a great bottle of wine, fantastic guacamole, and I personally had a really tasty fish. It was pricier than any of our meals in Mexico (we generally went for a lot of smaller family-owned local spots), but definitely worth it for a celebration!

   We really had fun at this place. The huge margarita was delicious and fun to share! We also loved the live mariachi band. It was perfect for my birthday. The chips/Guac were excellent, as was the atmosphere. The rest of the food was ok - not outstanding - but the whole place was fun and lively, plus it was right in the heart of the Cancun. So, for anyone staying nearby, it was convenient and easy to get into. I would go back.

    Competent Mexican food in a very touristy area. Great service. Does not have a drink menu, Margaritas seem to be the main seller along with standard drinks. Reasonable price and a good mariachi band.
