   I walked in and was told that the kitchen closed at 11:30. Why have a time slot available for 11:30 if that’s when the kitchen closes? Also, I found the lady at the front door quite dismissive. The lady kept saying she called me to tell me the kitchen closed at 11:30 but I literally never received a phone call or message from them at all. I even tried to show them my call log that nothing ever came in but she kept insisting that we spoke on the phone? It was honestly really odd. Please take out the time slots.. it makes no sense.

   This restaurant is nothing but amazing customer service was a 10 from the time we walked in the door. We celebrated my daughter 17th birthday their and she was treated like a princess i definitely would recommend this restaurant for a celebration and will visit again.

   Loved it, only thing that was a bit of awkward was being sat next to a big party and being soo close to other tables hard to move around Server was great, and food was delicious

   La mesera Pati me trató como una reina, respondió mis dudas y me recomendó unos platos de comida que estaban espectaculares de presentación y sabor, el precio vale 100% la pena… regresaría muchas veces más !!

   Came all the way from out of town to celebrate my birthday with my friend and was expecting to have a wonderful time due to what was shown on their social media however my server Eric had other plans. From start to finish Eric rushed our entire service gave minimal advice when we asked for recommendations, got visibly annoyed when we pointed out he got a order wrong and kept trying to rush us out the door from our table. If it wasn’t for 2 other female staff ensuring we were well taking care of the night would’ve been completely ruined.

   Great overall. I made a reservation for my husband’s 40th birthday and we had a blast. Food, service and environment was a 10 out of 10. The music that they have playing and the Mariachi made this place an unforgettable experience.

   Great place for celebrations. They offer a fun an festive atmosphere (IG paradise), live mariachis & a resident DJ. Our party of 6 enjoyed our meals, although the mixed fajita dish was a bit overcooked and lacking of flavor/seasoning. Overall I would be back.

    Went here to celebrate my birthday. I almost always note or call (or both) to confirm not being sat in the back near bathrooms or back kitchen and to my surprise… I was sat in the back by the back kitchen. Told the manager she tried to find us a new spot which was unsuccessful because my party was not large enough. Second issue - Our waitress was polite! But I think there was a bit of a language barrier. Everything was extra. chips to go with the large amount of guacamole was extra. Salsa extra. for it to be more upscale I suppose that’s a part of what you pay for… but it started to feel outrageous. Drinks are pretty.. underwhelming aside from the presentation. Food was pretty good though which made the experience relatively decent. There was also a live band which we enjoyed but because of that coupled with the layout of the place, it can be a little noisy. Overall not a terrible experience, just needs a bit of improvements. Probably wouldn’t go back but good to experience once at least.
