Everything about this restaurant was fabulous !! Great service , knowledgeable accommodating staff!! - sitting outside was just an amazing vibe , great music , overall my favorite restaurant so far in Miami.
Waiter was extremely attentive and really personable and fun. Chef was coming out and seeing how the food was. A bit pricey but very very good. Outside seating needed a cleaning though other than that experience was perfect
Excellent food and service. Great place to take a date, a business meeting or a family dinner - situated in the lobby of the 1 Hotel South Beach.
Great service, good food and a wonderful location. I would like to go again soon.
Outstanding meal, service and atmosphere. Two of us shared several plates and each was outstanding. Great for friend night out or date night. Excellent cocktails!
By far one of the best meals I have ever had. Moreover, the entire staff was amazing and made our evening memorable. Can’t wait to go back!!
Was there a year ago. Was much better. Service is amazing. Kitchen ok but not excellent. Only one kind of tasteless bread. Scallops to battery. Well good for mainstream. The deserts also. Wish they had the homemade chocolate ice cream the had a year ago..
Amazing food, ambiance and service!!
Amazing food. Amazing service. Beyond amazing ambience
Great food, drinks and atmosphere/decor! The only negative was kind of slow service. Maybe it was due to being a busy Friday night but for how nice of a place as Habitat I think it’s fair to expect great service. We still had a great meal and a fun evening which is why I’m giving 4 stars.
Our dinner at Habitat was the hilight of our weekend. Our server was very knowledgeable, patient and sensitive to my food allergies, and the chef was amenable to preparing my food to my specifications. As a result, I was able to fully participate in and enjoy my meal in a way that I don’t usually get to when I eat out. I will eat at Habitat whenever I am back in Miami Beach, for sure.
Mostly okay. I got the filet mignon though. It was tasteless and tough. When I complained, they took the entree away. I was frankly surprised to see it still on the check. No compensation offer was made. When you charge as much as they do, one might think they could afford to be generous when things are not perfect. I won’t be back.
Das Restaurant ist leider zu stark gekühlt und das macht es ungemütlich
Great tapas and desserts
The food was amazing. Loved every bite. Decor and ambience were perfect. Only complaints were slow service (typical for Miami Beach).
Our service was really outstanding! Great personality and super helpful.
Favorite find on recent trip to Miami Beach! Food wonderful, setting very attractive, service good. Returned for a dinner after a wonderful lunch--neither disappointed!
Food was very good, but empty on a Saturday night at 8:30 pm.
Goodlooking restaurant. Food ok, nice wine, but terrible coffee
Atmosphere great food awesome recommend to everyone
We arrived for our reservations at 7:15 on a Saturday to an uncrowded, not busy restaurant. Prompt seating, greeting, drink order taking. Food was ordinary, small portions and overpriced served by kitchen “runner.” Waitress was pleasant but seemed distracted and seldom present Service charge/tip (included 18% in bill) was too much.
Increíble, la comida muy rica el lugar espectacular, en general una buena velada 👌
Food was ok but Way overpriced
Great food. Lovely space.
Service was great. Food was good.
Delicious food. Some of the worst service...seemed like no one had any idea what they were doing.
The app forces me to give ratings. Open table allowed us to book a reservation for Tuesday night. When we arrived the doors were open and lights on but there was no one inside including employees. We found a hotel employee in the lobby of 1hotel who told us there is no dinner service on Tuesday. Open table please coordinate with the restaurant as this was very confusing and frustrating. We obviously don’t have any negatives about the restaurant as we never dined.
Habitat was one of the worst restaurants I've ever visited in Miami Beach. The overall service was terrible, from an inhospitable manager (Carlos) to a sarcastic waiter (Aleks) it was an awful time. They also charged us $30 for bringing an outside cake even though my sister in law has serious food allergies.
I have tried the Habitat with my family, and as a whole, we gave it mixed reviews. I think I have to go back, as it is worth it to go back, and give it a second try.
Started at the bar and the bartender Bob Gilardi was excellent. Recommended the Grilled Cauliflower which was amazing. Scallops for dinner were excellent; we be back soon.
good food but very pricey
My husband and I had an exceptionally wonderful dinner at Habitat. The ambiance, service and food was amazing. Everything we tasted; shrimp and scallop dumplings (more like a ravioli shape), short ribs, crab croquetas etc were beyond delicious and well executed. There were also very healthy choices on the menu but we chose the high carb route that night. Usually one wouldn't feel that good the next day if you're not used to eating a lot of carbs but we both felt great. We sat on the banquette close to the entry on the window which was perfect seating for us as it was a quieter table. Our server (sorry forgot his name) from Latvia was super attentive and gave us the right amount of space for conversing with him and having our private conversations. He and his team poured our wine exactly when it was time to pour. We look forward to returning soon!
La verdad es que no nos gusto nada, ni la atencion, ni la comida... no volveria ni lo recomiendo
Loved everything about the 1Hotel and Habitat did not disappoint. Great and friendly service and delicious food. We ate multiple times during our stay, bar bites satisfied, dinner was elegant and our inclusive breakfast brunch was a perfect way to start the day.
Great place with amazing food and service. Very cozy atmosphere. Went for a business meeting perfect noise level. Great for any events celebrations as well, even for a date!!!! Keep it up Guys
Nice atmosphere with the exception of the two brat young kids (4 & 7) with parents sitting next to us, the kids were making lots of noise, we had a 6pm reservation which was timely, ordered 2 main dishes... Snapper and other was scallops. Bother were excellent but took almost an hour before the main course came out. I asked several times why the delay but no explanation was provided. Prior to the food we had to move our table as both of us had a horrible headache from the adjacent table. Not what I would have expected as they call themselves a 5 star restaurant. Bill was approx. $200. Wouldn't rush back. Also, Habitat is part of Miami Spice but when I asked after seated, they said otherwise. Was disappointed of the false advertising.
The service was great and the food was excellent. The Red Snapper and Bronzino were spectacular. The beet and burrata salad was also delicious.
The servers are complete idiots. I ate there 3 days for breakfast as I was staying in the adjoining hotel and every time they managed to screw up my order. They do not check in with the kitchen so the food arrives cold and then they also overcharged me. The decor is nice but the food and service are sadly typical miami poor standards.
Went for the Miami Spice and was pleasantly surprised at how tasty everything was. They have a winner.
